PARANOID FOR LAST 8 YEARS HERPES?

i never was a sexually active person. i got oral sex 1 time in my whole life and my friend was with me and he did as well. 3 weeks later i was masterbauting and prior to the oral sex i never washed behind my foreskin and noone ever taught me how to. i'm not circumsized. while i was masterbauting my penis inflamed, did not have any itching, started having a yellow discharge, not from my penile hole but on the lower side of my penis between the head and foreskin and i also seen a small cut under my foreskin on the top part of my head with puss and this happened while i was masterbauting  like instantly like scractching a infection on a leg.. then later on where my vein connects to the foreskin and the penile hole, i seen a white blister ontop of the edge of foreskin and again instantly. no clusters. i had severe pain in stomach. i went to the hospital and they weren't sure what it was 100% they didnt think it was herpes because nothing was clustered together. they did all the tests and lost my tests. i waited quite some time and my blood tests for herpes came back negative or low positive. my friend also had a burning inflamed penis, got treatment and he was fine so was i. he also got blood tests done and so forth and everything came back negative and he had them done 2 years after even. i never had sex since then I'm 29 now and i never noticed anything unusual. the only thing the hospital doctor said could be a uti of some sort or chlamedyia. i think about this everyday and lost nights of sleep, never had sex for 8 years. after i received treatment i seen some scabs on the top part of my foreskin not under my foreskin but no reddness or itching or tingling this was right after they gave me medicine, and since that day nothing ever happened again. Even when i masterbauting 3 or 4 times a day and not washing all the time, i know poor hygene. but i fixed all that. should i stop worrying now?

Sorry.  We appear to have missed your question earlier.

The concerns you express are a bit hard to read, perhaps because you are texting without use of capitals and punctuation.  That said, it appears that what you are describing is ancient history.  What you describe does not sound at all like herpes, as you were told by the clinician who examined you.  I will provide some information but if you are really worried that you have herpes ( and I do not think you should be), then I would suggest you go and get another HerpeSelect or other type-specific IgG blood test to get to a final conclusion.  If you choose to get a blood test and have questions about the result, I will try to answer them.

Regarding the original events.  Uncircumcised men are vulnerable to balanitis which is a general term for infection of the head of the penis.  This increase susceptibility is due to the fact that the skin at the head of the penis and foreskin of uncircumcised men is more moist and thinner than the foreskins of circumcised men.  Balanitis is rarely an STD.  Yeast often cause balanitis but so can bacteria.  In your case you may have gotten balanitis and then the trauma of masturbation may have lead to the cut or sore that you  noticed.  that is was an STD seem most unlikely.

As I said, this really is ancient history.  You need to put it behind you. Take care.  EWH
