Pain and clear discharge

Hi doctor.
I had sex with an old friend two months ago. We were using a condom the whole time but I kept on changing condom because it was burning and itching the tip of my penis (I was using the spermecide condoms with nonoxynol 9). So without really noticing we ended up doing it with no protection but it lasted maximum 4 seconds until i realized it was stupid. So then we stoped. A few weeks later I noticed a slight burn at the begining when I urinate. I didn't reallly think it was something big and kept on without worrying. As time went by, I started getting a little paranoid and worrying all the time about if I had an std. (burning kept on comming from time to time but it was never painfull nor did it seem very unusual, I thought i was just crazy)
These past few weeks I have become very very very paranoid I can't take it anymore. From the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep I keep thinking and worrying about stds. So I called the girl about 4 times and asked her if she had something. She got worried I had givin her std, said she was clean (no symptom) and that I was the first guy she ever had unprotected sex with. Plus, since that day with the girl happenned, I had sex with a virgin (100% sure she does not have an std). Now its been a month and she didnt get any symptom. So basically, I am the only one going crazy right now wondering what's going on. I went to see the doctor. Got an HIV test and it came back negative. He also told me that he's sure I do not have herpes. Got tested for other stds and now still waiting for results. TODAY, I urinated and right after urinating, i saw a small amount of CLEAR DISCHARGE comming out of my penis. Urinating did not burn it stopped a few weeks ago. I am still waiting for the results but now I am going crazy I'm pretty sure I have an std.

What is your diagnosis doctor ?Is it sure I have an std ? If not, what can it be ? If I do, how long is treating it? PLZ help me I am really becoming paranoid

The long duration since your exposure makes it even less likely that you got HSV.  Time for you to stop worrying.  EWH

Thank you doctor. This had been very helpfull. There's only one last thing I just forgot to mention in my first question. Before I had that 4 seconds unprotected sex period 2 months ago, I also gave her oral but that too only was for like 3-4 seconds maximum (on kiss or lick or whatever ppl call it). Does that change your answer for herpes ? With that exposure I forgot to mention, is it possible I got herpes ?

Getting tested was the right thing to do.  The sorts of STDs that can cause urethral discharge or burning on urination are chlamydia, gonorrhea and non-gonococcal urethritis. (NGU), all of which I suspect you were tested for.  My guess however is that all tests will be negative.  It is clear from your note that you are worried and concerned about this HOWEVER, please remember:
1.  Most people do not have STDs
Even when partners have STDs, transmission during unprotected sex, on average, occurs less than half and most like 20% of the time.
3.  In your case your exposure was brief, thus logically your risk is lower than if your exposure was prolonged.
4.  the time course and nature of your symptoms are not particularly suggestive or urethritis.

On the other hand, sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turns leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this is a contributor to your situation.  EWH
