Is this a yeast infection?

I have been experiences pain/burning senations after a sexual encounter on Dec 17.I had unprotected sex, both oral and intercourse. It started out with burning sensation at the tip of my penis and what i thought was a case of chapped lips. That has continued and i am now feeling pain/burning around my nostrils the corners of my eyes,my armpits and in my groin area where my underwear rubs.I don't see any blister or lesions and the skin isn't discoloured. My penis is a bit red though.I went to the doctor and gave a urine sample and a swab was taken. He presribed Cerfixme and Azithromycin 3 days ago but my condition seems to have gotten worse.Could this be a yeast infection? Can i be tested for that?Or could it be something else? What should i do?

The symptoms started appearing within the first week.I am not too sure about exact dates. But the chapped lips and around the nose were within that time period along with the burning sensation around the penis tip.I havn't gotten test results back yet from the doctor. Will check further with him this week.

No STD is a likely cause of the penile symptoms you describe, and certainly no ST can cause chapped lips or your other skin symptoms.  This also doesn't sound like a yeast infection.

You don't say how soon your symptoms started after your 12/17 sexual encounter.  If it was within 1-2 days, that is strong evidence against any STD, or yeast.  No infection can start to cause symptoms that soon.  However, chemcial or allergic reactions (for example, due to a vaginal hygiene product or perfume, or a spermcidal cream) could cause immediate penile irritation

All things considered, II doubt you have any infection you caught during the sexual encounter.  On the other hand, your doctor treated you for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU).  Did he find evidence of one of these infections when he examined you or by lab testing?  Or was the treatment just a precaution?  But even if you had one of these STDs, it would not most of the symptoms you describe.  I would be happy to answer questions about these STDs if there was evidence for them.  But as for your symptoms and their cause, and the best treatment for them, you're going to have to continue to work with your doctor.  Or, if you aren't certain of his expertise, consider getting a second opinion, perhaps from a dermatologist.
