Penile Papules or STD

I'm 28, about three months ago I had unprotected vaginal intercourse. Afterward I paid close attention to any pains, or changes in my penis. I did not notice anything unusual, such as pain when urinating, or anything like that but upon close examination I did notice three white smooth purl like papules about 1mm in size on the bottom of my penis, just below my urethra opening, on the frenulum. Two are close together on one side of the "tendon" and one on the other. They don't itch or burn and they are hard to see unless you pull the skin tight or have an erection when they become more pronounced and easier to see. I was wondering if these are warts or something I have always had and just never noticed before. I have photos of the papules but I didn't know how to upload them here.

Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the STD forum.

We don't examine posted photos on this forum.  Although other expert forums may accept them (e.g. the dermatology forum), in my view it comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance.  Dr. Hook and I do not want to be in the position of making specific diagnoses in anybody; that's what personal health care is for.  Sorry.

By description, I doubt you have an STD.  The only possible STD explaantion is genital warts, but warts usually are not smooth-topped (although they can be) and rarely are symmetrically distributed on the penis.  Pearly penile papules are most common around the rim of the glans (head) of the penis.  My guess that whatever they are, you have had them all along and only have noticed them recently.

I'll be happy to comment further if and when you would like to report the diagnosis after you have seen a health professional about it.

Regards--  HHH, MD

I have uploaded photos to my profile for you to view. Please look at them to see what you think it could be.

I also forgot to mention that I have been "watching" them, and they haven't changed at all since I first noticed them about three months ago. And once I tried to squeeze one to see if it would pop and it did not, it only really hurt, like it was a nerve ending.
