Please help me explain my LabCorp results

Hi I had these following two tests with LabCorp:

02/22/10          Tests                                   result
T pallidum Ab (TP-PA)           Non Reactive

04/05/10                       Tests                               Result                         Units
                    Treponema Pallidum Antibodies              0.1                             index

                                           Negative     1.2

3 simple questions:

1. Are they the same test? Serology test for syphilis?
2. What I don't understand is one test result says "Non Reactive" and the other says "Result   0.1".  Does 0.1 means I am infected but not enough to be test positive?
3. Should I take a RPR test to be sure? I had one two month ago and it was negative.

thank you for your help.

This is an inappropriate question, taking up space from other potential questioners who have legitimate ones.  You were told in no uncertain terms by Dr. Hook in your question several weeks ago that you could not have caught syphilis from the exposure you described and that your blood test results proved you were not infected.  You have now wasted your money on an additional test you did not need.  The same test was done 4/5 as on 2/22. They are both negative; there is no difference between "nonreactive" and an index value of 0.1.

Please try to accept the reality that you do not have syphilis.  Do not get tested again.  There will be no follow-up comments or discussion.  And you may not start a new thread with similar questions.
