Possibility of being infected ?

A few days ago I had sex with a girl in a massage parlour. Now I'm really worried incase I have got any infections. She kissed me on the mouth (french kissing) and she sat on my back to give me a massage and I think some of her vaginal fluids may have got on my anus. I did perform oral on her for a couple of seconds. We had sex with a condom. Since then I have an itchy painful anus and think I have a sore throat coming on. What are the risks of infections to my mouth and anus?

Thanks for your re-assuring answer. Just one more question - If you had oral gonorrhea (and you say it has no symptoms) what damage or effects could it have on you?

Your risk is very low.  Here's the breakdown:

1.  Kissing - no risk
2. Her sitting you you, perhaps getting some vaginal secretions on your back or close to your anus - zero (no penetration).
3.  Condom protected vaginal sex - zero - condoms work
4.  You performing unprotected oral sex on her - low risk.  Oral sex is an inefficient way to acquire STDs.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea would be transmitted to you through oral sex; Chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   Even if your partner had an STD (any STD and it is likely she did not), most exposures do not lead to infection.  In your case; I would urge you not to worry. If you must, you could go to your local STD clinic or health care provider to be tested at this time.  The tests will be negative and in my opinion, you do not need testing at all.
5.  Your symptoms - itchy anus and sore throat - not a concern.  If you had acquired an oral STD ( and as outline above, that's unlikely) the infection would either be asymptomatic (if gonorrhea) or would show up as a sore (herpes or syphilis).  As also mentioned above, you are not at risk for acquisition of ano-rectal infection.

Hope this helps.  EWH
