Possible Infection After Anal Fingering

Hello.  Recently, I received a massage from a sex worker.  During the course of the massage, she inserted the tip of her bare finger into my anus and began to work it vigourously, but not painfully.  She went on to masturbate me to completion.  In no time did we ever engage in oral, vaginal or anal intercourse.  I didn't think much of it until two days later when my anus began to sightly tingle and itch.  Now i feel this slightly, and its as if my anus has a "full" feeling to it.  There is no blood in my stool, and the tingling, burning and or itching comes and goes.  I'm aware that if she had a cut on her finger, i could be infected with something serious, or if she had some type of wart, it could be hpv.  But realistically, can you provide some insight on what it could be or could have been caused by this.  Should I really worry?  I appreciate your feedback.

No STDs can be transmitted by such contact.  STDs are not carried on the fingers and not transmitted by fingering.  My guess is that your symptoms are the result of the presumably unusual manual stimulation of your anus and rectum, or to your anxieties about this event magnifying otherwise normal body sensations.  Most likely the symptoms will fade in the next few days.  You have no STD worries here and no need for worry or for testing.  But of course get professional attention if your symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned.
