Question about STD Risk incl HIV

22 days ago i met up with a woman (stranger to me) we went back to her place and massaged each other no genital touching at this point.

Then we got naked, she straddled my leg, I started touching her anus and eventually put some lube on it and put my finger into her anus. While i fingered her anus, i sucked on her nipple and she gave me a hand job to completion.

I washed my hands and left.

What was my risk for any STD and HIV.

I went to my Dr. who told me anytime fluids are exchanged there is a risk. at 2 weeks i developed sensitivity at the tip of my penis near the opening of the urethra, and it hurt when ever it touched my clothes. (this was day after having sex with my wife using a new type of condom)
there were a couple of small bumps right on the opening tip of penis, its now a little over a week later and the sensitivity is almost gone, the bumps are still there and 2 new very small bumps have shown up on the tip of the penis near the opening but not actually on the opening edge like the originals.

When i say my dr on monday of this week, she said thee original bumps i showed her didn't look like herpes  or syphillis just probably irritation, she did run urine for Chlamydia and Ghonneria, and she did blood work to check for HIV and other std's she called yesterday and everything is normal. she said i should retest in 3 months and wear condoms with my wife until then.

I regret my choices but am not sure whats going on with these bumps. I have no pain when urinating, the new bumps can be touched and do not hurt etc. the discomfort from my clothes rubbing tip is almost completly absent.

Please advise did i have any risk of std or hiv, and what should i do?
oh i should mention i went to an STD clinic on day 20 and they took blood for a p24 and antibody test, i should get those results on saturday. they said it will be conclusive and if negative I do not need to worry anymore or get tested again. do you agree?

this will be the final comment.

The events you describe did not put you at risk- NO RISK!  Therefore testing is a waste of time.

If you had been exposed, while testing with a combination p24 antigen/HIV antibody test would be strong evidence that you were not infected, these tests do not provide definitive results until 4 weeks (28 days) after exposure.

Im sorry can I ask one more question is a p24 antigen and antibody test done at 20 days conclusive at this point? Im getting the results tomorrow.  I expect it will be negative based on your assesment of risk. I just dont want to give my wife anything as she is breastfeeding our 10 week old

Thank you dr

And in your opinion is the p24 and antibody test done at 20 days conclusive enough to take that negative when the results come and put this behind me and go back to unprotected with my wife.
And last question
Any idea how long the irritation might last. Its alot better but still there and sometimes worse than others if I forget about it or get distracted it doesnt bother me

Thank you

Welcome to our Forum.  I have several comments which I hope will be helpful to you.  First, I need to disagree with your doctor- there is NO meaningful risk for any STI from the activities that you describe- inserting your finger into her anus is a form or masturbation and no risk.  The same is true for having sucked your partner's breast- no risk to this either.  there is no reason for concern or for any testing related to the events you describe.  I am confident that the tests that were taken will be negative and there is no need for further testing related to the events you described.

The penile irritation you describe could have several causes including irritation during sex the day before or a reaction to the latex or perhaps lubricant on the new condom.  I presume that irritation has improved, as would be expected if this was due to the sorts of irritation I mentioned.

Finally, I would suggest you see a dermatologist for two different things. the "bumps" you mention may be normal and may have been present before the encounter that you describe but unnoticed.  This would not be unusual.  Secondly however, having a "scab" on the shaft of your penis "that never goes away" is very unusual.  Despite the fact thtat this have been present for years, I would suggest that you have a dermatologist take a look at this as well.

I hope my comments are helpful to you. EWH

One more comment I have had a scab on penis shaft that never goes away. Dr has looked at it many times been years. Does risk change if during hand job this scab came off. I dont recall if it did or not
