RECEIVE Rimjob - Syphilis? STDs?

First of all, I have to appreciate for your kindly help and advise

Two weeks ago, I went to a business trip to Asia. In China, I got a service from a massage girl ( I believe she is sex worker, I know I made a terrible mistake)
She only gave me a protected ******* and unprotected rimjob ( She licked my anus). I think She also sucked my balls. Unfortunately, I am not sure if she has chancre in her mouth or lips and i am not sure if there is any tiny small cuts around my anus.

I know you have mentioned thousands times in this forum that RECEIVE rimming has a low low risk to get any STDs; however, I have read from many other website says: RECEIVE rimjob can contract Syphilis and herpes, and Syphilis is very easy to transmit. This information really freak me out. I can't sleep well for days. I have a sweet family. I love my wife. I don't want to hurt her feeling.

I would like to know if you have piratically seen or heard anything like contracting STDs (especially Syphilis) from getting rimmed, based on your experience? How safe is this activity? ( is the risk really closed to 0?)

I am thinking to get a STD test 5 weeks after the exposure, how accurate will the result be?

Please help me.

Thank you very much.

The risk from the exposures you describe is essentially zero.  Your oral sex was condom protected and therefore no risk.  The anal contact is not associated with risk either. I would not worry that your partner ha oral syphilis. Oral syphilis is quite rare and when it occurs, occurs almost exclusively among men who have sex with other men, not n heterosexuals, even those who are commercial sex workers.

Testing for routine STDs now, or at any time in the future will confirm what I've just told you- you are not at risk for STD from the exposures you describe. EWH

Dear, Dr. EWH,

Thank you very much for all you advice. I think your words are totally right. I did all std tests 8 weeks after the exposure. They all come to negative.

And I assume the test should be conclusive.

Thank you very much.

Your follow-up question was deleted because it had been addressed and was a repetitive anxiety-driven question.  I will briefly repeat the answers you've already gotten.  Then there will be no further responses and additional questions will be deleted.

Wiping you anus will not cause a lesion an does not increase your virtually zero risk of infection.  Having your anus licked will not put you at meaningful risk for syphilis.

Forget about these concerns of ,  if you cannot, go speak with a counselor or mental health professional who can help.  Your guilt is clearly troubling you.  I say this out of concern.

End of thread. EWH

Dear Dr. EWH,

Thank you very much for sharing your wisdom.

I read some of your replies in this forum, you mentioned about Syphilis as "lesion disease"

I want to ask if wipe anus after using the bathroom will cause tiny lesion around the anus, because I actually used the bathroom around an hour before my stupid activity. Also the CSW wipe my anus with her wet tissue before the rimjob.

Will these thing cause lesion? I really don't know if she got sores in her mouth or not.

If she has a sore in her mouth and i don't have any lesion around my anus. Will licking anus still cause risk?

Dear, Dr. Please don't delete my post and answer this question. I love my family so much. My wife is the best lady I have ever seen. I know I made a mistake. I am so scared and will definitely get a test 5 weeks after the exposure.

Thank you again.

I cannot comment on other internet sites.  Some have great information, some are wrong,  Sometimes information is taken out of context to make things seem like more of a problem than they are.

No, I've not seen anyone acquire syphilis from rimming

Dear Dr. EWH,

You are my hero.

I am actually very confused. why there are so many websites say RECEIVE rimjob can get Syphilis?

Based on the data and your experience, have you seen a case of people contract Syphilis (or other STDs) from receiving unprotected rimjob?

Again, thank you very much for you help.

Sorry, Dr. EWH, I am so nervous.

If she has a sore in her mouth or tongue and I have a tiny small cut around my anus, is that possible I will contract any STDs.

I am know I am a little bit overreact. I am so scared.

Dear Dr. EWH, Thank you so much for your wonderful comments?

Would you mind me to ask you if there is any chance I will contract other STDs, given that I haven't felt any uncomfortable on my body in the past 2 weeks?

Do you think 5 weeks STD test will be long enough to rule out all my concerns?

Thank you for much for your help.  I am so nervous.
