I am trying to reconcile a series of  events.
Needless to say I am very scared and have a high
Degree of anxiety ( to say the least )

Less than 1% of cold sores are due to HSV-2 and most commonly these are in men who have sex with men and are acquired through performance of oral sex.  Your story doesn't fit for your cold sore to be HSV-2.  EWH

Im scared but not crazy. Have a family and wife I don't want to lose.
Im quite certain it's a cold sore. Feels like it and acts like it.
Took picture and a doctor on a forum said yes it looked viral.

Is there a risk of it being type2?

If it will give you peace of mind to have a culture taken form a cold sore, should it appear, then you should do it. Same for a specimen from your buttocks however, the chance that it would prove to be HSV-2 is close to zero.  As I said, I woudl not recommend blood tests for HSV at all., Your risk of a false positve result is far higher than your risk of having been infected. EWH

Not in my head. If you have any other thoughts on the buttock and back of leg
Tenderness and slight burning, I would welcome your thoughts.
I won't post again even if you respond but would appreciate the
Thoughts. I assume also you would not recommend testing-
Either a swab of cold sore to make sure it's not type2 (that possible?)
Or a type 2 specific test at 12 weeks?

As you acknowledge, you are feeling ashamed and embarrassed by your behavior and the events that followed.  Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital, anal, and other sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times an attributing causality to things when there are none.  
The descriptions you provide do not raise ANY concerns about STDs, particularly when one considers the virtually no risk nature of your interactions with this person.  You have been seen by two doctors thus far, posted on both here and on the Herpes expert Forum and all seem to have little concern that this is an STD. It is now time for you to consider alternatives, including that your guilt over this event is at the root of at least some of this.  I doubt that there is is much to be gained through seeing other doctors. If you do, some might give you medications "just in case" but this is, in my opinion, unlikely to be needed or helpful.  On the other hand, discussing your motivations an guilt related to the encounter you describe might prove most helpful.  I would suggest you discuss this with a counselor or other mental health professional.   I say this in an effort to help and for no other reasons.  EWH

It starts from right under my butt and all the way down to almost my knees. It is a very mild burning sensation. There are NO rednesses or No bumps of any sort. It is strange. And it is almost like it's right under the skin. And my skin is warm to the touch ... but no visible leisions.  It is not painfull but more like annoying


The above is just some further clarification on that
Sensation I feel on lower buttocks sbd down into back of legs.

I am going to give some detail for context.
Thank you in advance.
On July 28 2011 I visited an Asian massage parlor. It's really a bodyrub on floor.
Masseuse sits on top of you part of the time between your legs.
She had shirts on and top. I was naked. She stated to give me handjob then stpooed and she took off her shorts. I reached over and massaged her private with her underwear on  . She then removed her  underwear and a thong under that and was fully undressed from esste down. At that point i noticed she was a he. It was a little dark in the room but i noticed a what looked like a nasty  scar off to the side  of her genitals but not on them. I don't  believe i touched that part when she had her underwear still on. I asked he/she what it was but she didnt speak English. At that point I took over and masturbated myself on her, got up and washed off my hands and penis in rest room and left ashamed and regretful. I am 48, married for 16 years and both faithful. It was a stupid thing to do
A week later I noticed a couple red blemishes on buttocks abd itchy back there .I saw my GP on august 9th. He said unlikely would have caught herpies, said only minor folliculitis. (I  
had never had folliculitis before). On august 19th had my annual physical, he dud very quickly, brief check and sent me on my way. On or about that time, I started experiencing a prickly feeling in buttocks with done tenderness. Sometimes also feel into back of thighs. I still feel it today, nearly three weeks later. It's real.
After this I developed a fungus infection around anus. Saw dermatologist, she prescribed an ointment and cream. Some success there in clearing rash however still there and feels like I gave a rash beneath the skin on lower buttocks but no visible rash ? I don't understand this at all and it worries me.
Two days ago I developed a small sore on lip. Took a pic and showed to an MD on line. He said cetaintly looked viral. I can't ever remember having one my whole life.
So get I sit wondering what us going on. Very nervous that I could have contracted   Hsv2 and sire on mouth us hsv2 not 1. Maybe anxiety brought it on abc it's just hsv1 but why does my buttocks have a slight burning sensation while sitting and why all these symptoms I never had.
