Red dot on penis head

Four weeks ago I began to have unprotected sex inserted then immediately pulled out.  Followed by receiving oral sex to completion.  I worried so the following week I went to be tested.  I took standard std test and after four days of waiting received results which were negative.  Much relief.  Lesson learned.  During this time I examined my penis regularly.  The other day I noticed a small red dot near where I pee on the underside just near the opening. It is red about the size of a pin head.  It does not hurt it is just there.  I have masturbated and that does not hurt either.  Is this normal?  Since I took test may I assume I free of STD.  The doctor also Doxycycline Hyclate 100 mg Tablets which I took just in case while we waited for results, I completed dosage even after negative results.

There are a number of possible causes of a red dot like you describe.  None of them are STDs.  My guess is that this has always been present, but you're only noticing it because of anxiety-driven self examination.  It's probably a hemangioma, but depending on the location and other details, it might be a Tyson gland or a slighly inflammed pore.

If it persists and you remain concerned, show it to your doctor one of these days.  But from all you say, I'm sure this is nothing to worry about.

This information doesn't change my opinion or advice.  I remain convinced that you have no STD, at least none that explains the red dot or the other symptoms you have described.

This is a follow up from previous question:

My follow up is that I am experiencing a slight sensation in my groin and penis area it is almost what I would describe as burning but it is very slight and I am not sure buring is even the right word.  There is no pain when I urinate.  It is a sensation as much as burning  I  am somewhat OCD so it could be in my head because if I am not thinking about it it goes away.  There is no redness anywhere other than the tiny red dot.  My penis does not hurt at erection.  It is not hurt when manipulated.  Kind of feels like when one has to pee but has to hold it.

I ride a bike, the kind where my legs are in front of me six days a week for 35 to 40 minutes.  Seems this started about the time I started worrying the day after the incident.
