STD Chances?

14 months I made the worst mistake of my life. I cheated on my wife and went to a massage parlor. I only wanted a handjob and without my consent to massause leaned over and put the head of my penis into her mouth for no more than three to five seconds.
It was only the head so the penis did not go to the back to her throat or anything. I have not had any problems urinating or anything like that or no rashes or anything that I thought might be herpes. About 6 weeks after the incident I was involved in an accident in which I broke my leg (below the knee) and a few bones in my foot.  The only thing that has me concerned is that after I masturbate I will have pain in my leg for approx. 2 days. It will hurt in the area where my leg joins my body and back to my hip and all the way down to my foot. (only the leg that I broke hurts).I think it might be b/c when I do masturbate i am sitting in front of the computer, and I tense the muscles in my groin area for a long time. My testicles do not hurt at all and there has never been any burning during urination or discharge at all. I convinced myself that I had every STD there was. I took 5 hiv tests out to 6 months. All negative. I went to a GP twice (5 months later)and told him my story. I requested that I be swabbed for Gon and Chyl., and a blood test for syp. He wouldn't swab me. He said that he would check my urine and if my urine didn't show infection and I had no symptoms that he didn't need to swab. He did do a blood test for syp. (Neg). He assured me twice that I was clean, but I still can't help but wonder. What do you think?

The chance you got an STD from such brief oral-penile contact is just about zero, and no STD causes any of the symptoms you describe.  Your doctor's assurance is accurate and appropriate.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

I made a few typos in the first post. What I meant to say is that this incident occured 14 months ago.

The GP did check my urine 2 different times. Each time it was okay.

That is why he refused to swab me.
