CONFUSED with Symptoms

Dear Doctors....Am a male of 34 years old  ....having the following problems after a sexula encounter in an asian country.....since am staying  in a gulf country where peope, with STDs are sometimes put behind bars, as am too  scared to test at local clinic as we cannot trust them( as they may pass the information to legal dept)...I have been worrying since 4 months as what to do , to test or not to test...I exacltly dont know whether to post this std/ or hiv forum...

On june 01, 2010 I had  condom protected sexual encounter with 2 csw s on first and second day....the second was with a full nude body massage with unprotected oral sex/ fingering( me being sucked by her)... after that I have the following symptoms continuing till now
from the date of exposure...

1) On 9th day fever 2 days..cured with general medicine

2) On 21st day fever -2 days with tiredness--cured with general medicine

3) Mouth ulcers for four weeks --two each in a week

4) After the epizode of mouth ulcers I started feeling unwell like head ache  and head reeling with some kind of dizziness...also i have mild body itching also,,,the same is continuing still ..from 3 months I have mild head ache and mild body itching....

Now the head ache is almost subsided, but on the whole am not feeling well as am feeling head weight and head reeling some times...you may feel it as anxiety related but i dont think so...mild body itching also continuing ...am really worried as I have wife and baby  and not having sex from the date of exposure....i have itching in eyes and, sneezing also sometimes...now i have noticed few scalp sores in my head ....

dear doctor..am i contracted something???...is it hiv???,.....hepatitis B  ???  I dont know....what to do now..pl help me...

Welcome to our Forum.  The expsoures you describe did not put you at risk for HIV or for other STDs and your symptoms are not suggesitve of HIV, hepatitis B  or other STDs.   HIVand hepatitis are not spread through oral sex or codnom protected sex.  I would not worry.  There is some other cause of the symptoms you describe.  EWH
