18 sex in past 4 yrs with CSWs.

2008-2011 - Unprotectd **/cunilingus,deep kiss,protectd vaginal

Risks:
2008 unnoticed condom broke during vaginal sex

2009 condom slip - bare penis penetration for 2 mins. After 1week got burning urination for 6-7 days –treat wiz lots water and citrosoda

2009 Dec – 2 month frequent urination after unprotected ** and protected vaginal

2010 MAy– unnoticed condom break inside girl red flaking rashes on her buttocks.  Had one scab on prepuce after 1mnth which disapeared in 5-6days.
Got itch for like two months and few red bumps on scrotum and 1 on shaft after a week of broken condom.  Scratched on shaft and scrotum and they healed in 5-6 days with herbal antiseptics.  I also saw kind of a tiny blister after rubbing alchohol on pubic region which I poped n put alcohol, scabed but I could not locate it again after 4-6days.
Took PEP for few days.  Got two big oral canker like sores on gums- white bit red with pain.  Put bonjela gel and heal in 10 days

2011 Dec 25 Protectd ** Girl had cold sores a week before

2012 2nd Jan Protected ** brief bare genital frottage, girl had red ulcers patch near lower vagina lips

From JAN to MARCH – Selfexam daily., 2 Jan, 20th & 28th February red bump with clear pus on scrotum after 2-4 days of shaving each time. Each time Popping made a little hole then I scratched them and created 1cm wounds each times. I picked at them for like three days then put alchohol + Providone Iode gel antiseptic 4 times for another 4-5 day and they scabbed. (total 7-8days for each 3 dates) Scabs fell when bathing or when scratchd, scars left disapeared in tym
End of Jan I popped a white bump near base of shaft, white pus a bit, scabbed with Betadine gel in 4-5days. In March saw 1 tiny scab on scrotum but no blister prior

All std/herpes tests are -ve in June this year. Only NON TYPE  SPECIFIC Herpes test in my country

My fiance is virgin and I don't want to infect her with HSV 1 or 2 (Marriage in sept). Advise

Yes I believe your word doctor that the skin lesions on shaft and scrotum were something else than herpes and my test prove it as you said.

You correctly understand my opinion and advice.  The blood test result proves that something other than herpes was the cause of the skin problem you had on your scrotum.

In short from the above comment I meant that I rightly understand that no matter what symptoms like red bumps on scrotum n shaft I had in 2010 n wounded them and they SCabbed and healed in 5-6 days with a bit scars, mean nothing and I can move on safely without herpes since my non type specific test were negative?  

You meant that when u said the test overrules symptoms and exposures I hope. And Accordingly I won't infect my wife in future.

A mention to you that the red bumps on shaft and scrotum 1-2 weeks after condom failure in 2010, I had scratched, wounded and they had scabbed and healed in 5-6 days with herbal antiseptics. Little scars left had disappeared in some time.  

I think this changes nothing in what you said as i read you said about my tests in your answer above that:

From what I have read, your symptoms (including scattered "red bumps") do not suggest herpes and your test result shows you aren't infected.  Of course even if you had HSV-1 or HSV-2, you could marry and have healthy kids.  But in any case your test result shows you aren't infected and there is no worry about having sex with your wife or about raising healthy children.

Erratum in date above.. In 2012 the red bumps after shaving were on 2nd January, 20th January and 28th January and not February as I wrote above.  Typo mistake due to autocorrect. Each 3 time I popped the bumps, scratched it n made 1 cm wound which I put betadine gel and alchohol as described above.

Welcome to the forum.  However, this question is far too long.  The reason for the 2,000 character limit is to require that the entire question be reasonably brief and not spill over into follow-up comments.  On some MedHelp forums, the moderators set their home page so they never even see any follow-up comments.

In scanning your question above and the comments below, I see you had a negative non-type specific blood test for HSV 10 months after the last exposure that apparently involved a failed condom.  The non-type specific tests are highly accurate if negative and that test result shows you are not infected with HSV-1 or HSV-2.  This overrules the exposures (e.g. even if you had unprotected sex with someone with known HSV) and any symptoms you may have had.

So you can be very confident you don't have genital herpes.  Because of the length of your question and all the follow-up comments below, I have not read all the details.  But let me know (briefly) if there is anything you don't understand.

Last note.. Red bumps on shaft n scrotum had appeared 1-2 weeks of sex broken condom 2010. Tiny blister I popped Also was 1-2 weeks of broken condom 2010.  

I also continued to get rednessand dry skin on scrotum while getting itch for some the two months. If scratched, they scanned in 2-4 days withe the herbal antiseptic.

And i had put gentian blue medicine on the blister on pubic area after popping in 2010.  I had an infected wound from shaving near it and had thus put alchohol and rubbed it.  I dont know if the gentian blue covered it as I could not locate it again after 4-5 days.   I was scabing in the next 24-36 hours i guess as i remember.  I said all i couyld remember.

the herbal antiseptic I used in 2010 was holy basil (tulasi) leaves juice which i had freshly crushed at my home.  We use to speed healing of wounds here.(ayurvedic medicine)

I had also used fucidin cream on the penile lesion in 2010 for 2 days or so before using the herbal antiseptic.

A littlle note for to doctor:

2011 June- frequent urination. Urine Test = increase WBC count/epithelial cells.  CIPRO treatment- Normal count then

2011 September- protected oral and vaginal..CSW had  white patches near on her vagina lips

2nd February 2012 I scratched and popped some bump on my scrotum, not sure if red bump and it bled lots and saw no pus as far as I remember.  I picked at it for 1 week in anxiety and made it a big wound.  It healed when I left it alone within another week with some antiseptic gel.

I'm uncircumcised n have two small hard inguinal lymph nodes on each side since two years and aslo on neck n jawline n chin. All small (1cm or less) and hard.

All Other STD negative : Syphilis, HIV, HBV, HCV, Gonorrhea..all negative

No lip sores ever.  No cluster of blisters on genitals or lips also.  No red bumps noted when not shaving genital area. Only on the three above dates and they occured 2-4 days after shaving each time I noted.

Non type specific Tests done for  herpes has been negative 8 times since 2010 condom break. Please note consistently negative tests. I read on forum test combined good when negative.  

i Want to confirm if I can have unprotected sex with wife to have kids without fear of infection her ever.   I am really anxious for my future life.

My tests were done 5 months after the last sex contact this year.
