Sorry, I though the oral component also was condom protected. That elevates the STD risk, but only a little bit. My comments about your symptoms is the more important part of my opinion and advice above: there simply is no STD that could cause the symptoms you describe. That includes herpes. HSV can cause some (but not most) of the symptoms you mention, but never before overt herpes blisters/sores appear. The hand sanitizer makes no difference in any of this.
I am 100% confident no STD explains any of this. Believe it. If I were in your situation, I would continue unprotected sex with my wife, with no fear of infecting her with anything.
That's all I'll have to say on this thread.
THE ORAL SEX..WAS UNPROTECTED DOCTOR, AND I MEANT TO SAY HAND SANITZER IN MY LAST POST
I ALSO BACK PAIN AND LEG BURNING? I HAD MY GALL BLADDER REMOVED IN JUNE BUT I'VE BEEN FINE SINCE THEN..THIS IS JUST REALLY WIERD THAT THIS HAPPEND RIGHT AFTER A SEXUAL ENCOUNTER. I DID PUT HAND SANITER ON MY PENIS AFTER THE ENCOUNTER BUT I DONT THINK THAT DID ANYTHING TO CAUSE FREQUENT URINATION. COULD THIS BE HSV2 AND THE SORES HAVE NOT SHOULD UP YET.
Welcome to the STD forum.
With condom-protected vaginal and oral sex, it is virtually impossible you caught any STD that could cause urinary tract symptoms. Furhter, frequent urination is not a symptom of any STD, especially in the absence of uncomfortable urination or discharge. And no STD cau canse a "burning sensation" in the stomach. Nor can an STD cause penile pain or discomfort during or immediately after sex.
It was a mistake to take azithromcycin without professional prescription; it will make accurate further STD testing impossible. But if your symptoms continue despite that treatment, it will further prove that something other than an STD is the cause.
Since you have had a urinalysis and culture, presumably you are under medical care for your symptoms. Continue to work with your doctor to figure out what is going on. My bet is on an emotional reaction to a sexual exposure you regret. But for sure no STD.
