STD concern

Dear Dr:

To make the story short, I am a foreigner studying here in the United States, In the Past i've been with very easy girls and annually I usually go to bed around 5 women , my first HIV/STD check up was in 2008 and it was negative then in 2009 it was negative also, I have had sexual intercourse with condom the whole time and, I won't deny that I have done oral lots of times and never had any problems before

last week I was at a streap club and I performed oral for a couple of minutes to a streaper which I also asked her a question about her health check and if everything was " under control" she was around her 40's and look confident and said yes to me a couple of times without concern, then she put a condom and performed sexual intercourse with me for maybe half a minute till' i came..when I ejeculated I ejeculated fully in the condom and it wasn't even full penetration since I was masturbating more time and then she put the condom, verified it....and just sat down in me and made me ejaculated in at least half a minute. her Vagina, never touched my genitals or skin completely, since my member wasn't fully erected..

After that I still asked her about her health and told me she was fine, but still regardless of how much experience I can have with this women in Europe or South America and thank god I haven't had anything in my life(STD), I've finally decided to put an end to expensive escorts or stripers in my life. I have had sex with Condom all of my life, and since i've already performed 2 std/HIV tests before , I am not that paranoid . Although asking an expert is never a problem

Finally, I have checked myself when it comes to urinating or seeing any sort of genital warts or any discharge or any of the possible symptoms you can get in an STD, and everything seems normal as usual, no pain...or itching, or aches, nothing at all...but I would like your personal, honest opinion so I can just calm myself....and just stop this life

Welcome to our Forum.  You have posted on the wrong site.   Questions about HIV belong on the HIV prevention site.  I will do my best to answer your questions with this reply but, if you have additional questions or follow-up they must be on the HIV Prevention site.  Sorry.

Condom protected sex is safe sex and without penetration, there is likewise no risk for STD's including HIV.  Thus, from a medical perspective there is no reason for you to seek further testing for HIV at this time.

I hope this addresses your question.  EWH

Thank you very much for your patience and time with me Dr.

I will now change my life, and even if i have used condom all of my life, I will look for a more safety girl such as a normal relationship, rather than to throw my money to escorts or stripers ( even if they are very good looking)

thank you again and I hope not to be this forum again :)   (std/hiv)
