STD risks in a massage parlour

Hi Doctor,

This is my second time to post a question in your std expert forum.
Yesterday, I went to a massage parlour in China and received body massage from a naked woman.

She licked my ear, back and thigh and then scrotum. I stopped her when she just licked the base of my penis for less than one second, without licking my penile head.   Then she rubbed her vaginal part on my back , thigh , buttock and then scrotum. Her vagina rubbed on  my scrotum and penile head for about a few seconds.  There was , off course, no insertion in her vagina. (I stopped her just before she wanted to put my penis inside her)

My questions are listed as following,
1. Is there any STD risk arising from her licking the base of my penis for less than 1 second ?  She did not lick my penile head , anyway.
2. Is there any risk from her rubbing  vaginal part  on my scrotum and penile head (no insertion) for a few seconds ? How about the risk of warts and molluscum from this kind of encounter ?
3. Do I need STD testing ?

Thanks for your reply. Forgive my English as I am a Chinese in Hong Kong.

Initial response, from the title you chose for your question -- before I even glance at the question itself:  If you did not have unprotected sex (oral, genital) in the massage partner, there is no risk.  It is not possible to acquire an STD from just having a massage.

Now I have read the question.  Guess what?  They call them STDs because you have to have sex to transmit them, and for practical purposes you did not.  No STDs are transmitted by licking, or too rarely to measure or worry about.  And such fleeting genital-genital contact also is near zero risk.

So the direct answers to your questions are 1) No, 2) No, and 3) No, you do not need STD testing.  Truly, you have no worries here.
