STD or freaking out?

I recieved unprotected oral sex for 10 min and had unprotected vaginal sex 2 min on July 24 with 45 year old married with children unknown women and tested negative sept 12 (50 days later) on a ten test panel syphilis, gonorhhea, chlamydia, herpes 1&2, hiv, hepatitis a,b,c. I also got tested for trichmonasas which was negative 20 days after exposure. Prior to these test I convinced myself of having symptoms on several of these std's that I've tested for but no blisters, ulcers, are discharge other than a random what seemed to be a very small bit of sticky pee that would otherwise be normal dribble one time after urinating. I started becoming concerned after further research about some of these test not being conclusive until 12 weeks.  So I start feeling what seems like lymphnode pain but no obvious swelling.  I have also felt random pain in the buttocks and legs/thighs over the past 1-2 weeks. What is the testing window are likely hood based on this query of having herpes are any other form of STD?

No one is giving a diagnosis.

Does your doctor know your entire history as you have written above? I don't think it is appropriate for anyone in this forum to give a diagnosis (unless they are a doctor) for all the facts you have given. Get to a knowledgeable STD doctor or clinic and share the good, bad, and the ugly.
