STD related symptoms?

Hello,
62 days ago i had protected oral vaginal sex with a prostitute in the Dom. Rep. To the best of my knowledge, condom did not fail.
14 days after : got some recurring dizziness, no fever, no sore throat.
20 days after : got some dizziness  and felt some nausea in specially after eating, still no fever.  I thought i had a swollen lymph node in right armpit, but close friends kept telling me that's in my head.
50 days after : anxiety at its peak.  went back to the place and actually found the girl and convince her to go and test for HIV which was my biggest fear.  She did so, and handed me the results which came out negative. To make sure she did the test, she went to the lab i picked and which i trust.
day 60 : woke up feeling awful with body pain (most noticeable back of the head and neck) and fever.  I took couple of 'anti flu pills' and made some tea.  As a result, i started to sweat, felt better, and fever was gone the same night.
day 61 : woke up, and saw and felt in my body what it appears to be chickenpox (i never got them when i was a kid) : red watery bumps in my chest, back, and scalp – not too itchy. No fever, but still felling a bit unwell.  also, i have what it appears to be a sweat rash in my inner thigh.  i only noticed because of friction while walking and i had seen similar rashes in the same area.
day 62 : a bit more bumps in scalp and anxiey is back. Cannot stop thinking that this might be STD related and not an isolated case of chikenpox.   Family doctors says right away chickenpox, but no knowledge on previoius story.  my questions are :
1) can these symptons be related to STDs?
2) If so, which ones?
3) Can i rule out HIV since i always wore a condom and till the best of my knowledge it did not failed?
4) Do STDs rash resemble chickenpox?
testing here can have consequences in terms of privacy if results of some of this diseases come out positive. therefore, i would like to do so if as a last resort.
Thanks for your answers!

Welcome to our Forum.  Your symptoms are not due to HIV or to any other STD.  Condom protected sex is safe sex an if the condom appeared to be intact following your encounter it was.  Just to provide added perspective, oral sex is relatively unlikely to lead to infection even if no protection is used an one is exposed to a partner with an STD (and most people, including most commercial sex workers, do not have STDs or HIV).

In the case of HIV, you cannot get HIV from someone who did not have HIV.  That she had a negative test 50 days after your encounter PROVES that she did not have HIV when you had sex with her.

The symptoms you suggest are non-specific.  Syphilis can cause a rash but your risk of syphilis from the encounter you describe is incredibly low.  My sense is that you are attributing coincidental finings an symptoms of the sort that most people get from time to time to this encounter out of anxiety.  It is time for you to stop worrying an move forward.  If you find you cannot and the symptoms are troubling you, you should seek evaluation for non-STD causes of your symptoms from your doctor. STDs and HIV are not a concern related to the encounter you describe. EWH

Vaginal an oral- still conom protected.  NO change in my assessment or advice, either about your risk or about the bumps.  If the bumps worry you, see your doctor- there are many possible non-STD causes.

An yes, this is too late for this to be ARS.  A syphilis rash could occur this late but as I said, is not a concern.  Nothing more to say.  EWH

Thanks Doctor! your quick and confident response its highly appreciated.
and i'm truly sorry to bother you with some more questions. i realize anxiety is playing its part, but this is the first time this happens to me and i'm nervous...

just to clarify one point :  it was vaginal and oral sex. just to give you an update...bumps are spreading all over my body : scalp, face, and even top of my penis :(. except from the scalp... they don' itch much.

it does sound like chickenpox, but timing is what gets me anxious?  is 62 days too far for acute symtons of any STD? how different is chicken pox from other STDs rashes?
