Well, this is my first time posting on a fourm as im desprate for answers,, so here is the story,,,
I recently went to a dominatrix(female) for a session involving a young man (20ish who said he was clean/but never tested) to experince sucking a penis and reciving a dildo in my bum,,, so i sucked his penis without a condom, but he did not ejaculate in my mouth just on face and lips,, tasted alittle bit of the *** on lips,, then i recived a dildo in my bum which was cover by a condom from my mistress, till i came in my own condom covered penis(only time penis wasn't covered was when i was humping her boots before the scenario all began),,, since this experience i have had a burning feeling in penis but not with urination( constant  small feeling of pressure at base of penis), frequency to urinate, burning feeling in bladder, and just recently noticed cloudy urine today,, very busy/gasy upset stomach and lower abdominal pain/nausea,, Pain in anus/ constipation followed by very yellow dierhea/soft poo with clear mucus mix with some blood,, and boold on toilet paper after wiping. Is it possible to get chlamydia or gonorrhea in my bum or penis in this situation? and if so if you have it in your bum or throat will it go to your penis on its own,, (can it translocate in the body by itself)  is it possible to get infected by a condom covered toy? does 1 cipro xl 500 mg cure gonorrhea?, does 1 clarithromycin 500mg, cure chlamydia?

Cipro at that time would in no way affect your test results, nor would it reliably cure gonorrhea, as noted above.  EWH

Welcome to the Forum  As I read your post, your only unprotected exposure was performing oral sex on one of your partners.  This would not cause either the urinary tract or anal symptoms that you have noted. When condoms are applied prior to sex and do not break, condom protected sex is safe sex and not associated with meaningful risk for infection.  (Incidentally, if the condoms used appeared intact following sex, they were- when condoms fail they break wide open.  condoms do not "leak" in small amounts.)

Parts of your experience however did, apparently involve some trauma.  As such this may be a partial explanation for your rectal symptoms.  As for your cloudy urine, if I understand your exposures correctly, you are not at risk for genito-urinary STDs and need not worry. If these symptoms persist you may wish to discuss them with your doctor, looking for other causes.

The dose of ciprofloxacin and clarithromycin you mention are too low to reliable cure gonorrhea or chlamydia but they are high enough to confuse further testing.  Please do not take antibiotics unless you know what is being treated. EWH

Chances of chlamyia, virtually zero an not a concern.  Chance of gonorrhea, very, very low.  

If you had gotten an oral infection, you could infect your penis or anus - I said this above.

I would not expect a sex toy, used anally to cause prosatitits although if traumatic, use of a sex toy in this way might be irritating and cause symptoms.  EWH

Thanks for the answers doc,,, what are the chances of getting chlamydia or gonorrhea via oral,, if infected via oral can it infect my penis or anus and cause symptoms?,, Can you get prostatitis from an anal toy?

-took the cipro 16 days before test( will that time window affect the test),,, didnt take the clarithromycin until after the test.
