Small Hard White Bumps

I recently had unprotected sex, about five days after that I noticed these bumps on my penis shaft they are very small, hard and white. I also got some larger ones on my lower stomach in my pubic hair area. I can forcefully remove the white thing. Once I do this, the bump heals and goes away. These (pimples) no not itch or cause any pain but I have had them for three weeks now. I do have a bad case of athletes

I recently had unprotected sex with my now ex girlfriend of a couple years.  She happened  to be having her period but that never really deterred us.  around two o clock the next day I realized I hadn't even showered I was in such a hurry to get to work.  I wonder if it being that this was a first, I'm getting these tiny little white pimplely bumps on my penis almost 4-5 days later.  They're painless.  I'm very confident I don't have an STD, because I've been checked out before and My girlfriend went thru a full check up for me.  with only one encounter other than me since a "break up" which she claims was protected.  Let me know how things shake-down for you since I'm only a week and a half into this thing that sounds very similar to yours.

First, "hard white bumps" do not sound like genital warts, herpes, or any STD.  Second, it is very unlikely you caught them during the unprotected sex event you describe; nothing that looks like that could show up in only 5 days.  Before I responded, someone (below) suggested molluscum contagiosum, but your description certainly isn't typical for that.

Bottom line:  You need proper evaluation and diagnosis.  Do not rely on this or any other online source to figure it out; see a health care provider.  But in the meantime, it doesn't sound serious.

Good luck-- HHH, MD

Sounds like it might be molluscum.  Look in the archives for more information on this.

IT doesnt sound typical for herpes at all.  It is probably not related to your athletes foot either.  IT sounds like either sebaceous cysts or maybe folliculitis.  MAybe even pimples, but not herpes.
