    Doc,
Last night I had sex with a massage girl at a spa. I went in there with the intention of only receiving oral and this is my first and last time ever doing anything like this. Basically, Before any kind of contact between her and I...I was washed down...then she gave me a massage then put a condom on me which she provided and proceeded to ride me. She was not doing deep strokes so my pelvic region and hers did not touch to the best of my knowledge...I was trying to stop her from continuing because I only want oral sex..but she wouldnt stop...so I faked an orgasm (yes males can pull this off too)...the penetration lasted 3-5 mins at best....At this point she pulled the condom off me and gave me a warm towel to clean up with...I also at this point put rubbing alcohol around my gential area after she finished...then she proceed to give me oral sex after she put a new condom on...she continued with this until I came and then pulled the condom off and I put more rubbing alcohol on. My mind wonders and I hope I am not at a high risk for any STD as I have never had one...I am pretty certain the condoms did not fail...and I never touched her vaginia at all...and she only touched my penis after the wash down... What risk level am I at for STD's especially herpes....? I am thinking of going to get tested....should I lose sleep?

P.S. I did not see any evidence of an any diease on her but you never can tell....

I'm sorry, I do not buy the story that you were an unwilling partner in vaginal penetration.  It is not plausible.  But that's not the point (and I'm not going to debate it with you anyway).  The issue is whether you could have acquired an STD.  The answer is almost certainly not, since you wore a condom,  oral sex is low risk or all STD, and of course hand-genital contact is zero risk.  It is possible for herpes or HPV to be transmitted by skin contact above where the condom covers, but it is uncommon for any single exposure.  How uncommon?  I haven't a clue; there are no data.  But rare enough so that all you need to do is look out for symptoms, like penile blisters that become scabs or open sores.

As to the exposure 6 weeks previously,  you used a condom.  Thus zero to very low risk, just as at the massage parlor.  There are no data to otherwise estimate.  But anybody who is sexually active outside a permanent, mutually committed relationship should have routine STD and HIV tests from time to time, like once every year or two.  So if you haven't been tested recently, this would be a good time, since it's on your mind.

I also about 6 weeks ago had sex with a person i hardly new...there was no gential contact..without a rubber...there was no oral sex but when I pulled out during sex the condom came off...at this point I was finished so I got dress and about 30 mins later put disinfectant on my penis and area...What are my chance there...I have not had any symptoms so far........
