By "intensive" I meant several minutes of uncovered "grinding", genital to genital, vigorously, but without penetration. You put yourself at nor risk for anything, including HPV -- which probably is not transmitted by brief, light touch.
In any case, it is pointless to worry about HPV. You're going to have one or more genital HPV infections someday; it is a normal, inevitable aspect of human sexuality -- except in truly lifelong mutually monogamous relationships, i.e 2 people who are each others first sex partners and never have sex with someone else. That's a very rare phenomenon -- less than 1% chance it will work for you. And even that is not a guarantee against genital HPV.
To respected doctor,
I would like to thank you for your response to my question. Yes, I meant to ask you about what type of STD risks was there for this type of exposure. As per your advice and to keep my eyes open for STDs and HIV, I will go through ASHA's forum.
does Intensive genital contact mean contact between my penis and her vagina/ rectum?? I would like to ask one last question. Reading those articles I came to know that HPV and HSV are most common STDs. And HPV comes at 1st rank. So how to define skin to skin contact for HPV ???
So did I put myself at HPV risk just by touching my inner thighs to her thighs?? do HPV warts come on buttocks?

This makes no difference. Condom protected oral sex carries no STD risk of any kind.
Welcome to the forum.
I don't see a question, but I imagine you are asking my judgment of the STD risks. The answer is zero. Without a bare penis (i.e. no condom) inside another person's vagina, rectum, or mouth, STDs are rarely if ever transmitted. If there had been intensive genital contact, even without penetration, there might have been slight risk for some STDs, e.g. herpes or human papillomavirus (HPV). Given the fleeting genital to skin contact you describe, there is absolutely no risk. You should not seek testing for any STD.
I hope this helps. But please do some online research to better familiarize yourself with STD/HIV risks. The American Social Health Association website would be a good place to start (www.ashastd.org). (Full disclosure: I am a member of ASHA's Board of Directors.)

I forgot to mention there was condom protected fellatio given to me by her.
