Therapeutic vaccine HPV. Really important

Hi,
A really important question.

I am here now in Mexico City.
I came for a therapeutic vaccine MVA-E2. Since I have HPV and Cin2. It is the only way that I can get a virus from the body.

My doctor said when I live, I have to do Leep, but Mexicossa doctor said that I no longer have to Leep. My country, no one wants me to check, they just want to make Leep if I go under medical supervision.
What should I do?

I would also like to ask you about this vaccine. Can you tell how effective is it? I have no other options, because I have an ongoing dysplasia. My life is ruined, because I no longer have anything happy. This disease is very stressful.

Let me just ask. Is there somewhere usa check blood E6 and E7 protein. What kinds of tests, all I have to do after the vaccine? Because I want to be sure that the HPV has been cleared. It's the best gift in my life, if I get rid of HPV

Unfortunately, false medical information and quack doctors are very common, and it takes advantage of frightened and worried people, whether its about HPV or a thousand other medical conditions.  And the laws and rules about using unproved medical products vary widely from one place for another.  An unproven product like this vaccine could not be sold or promoted in the US, for example.

I would advise you to find a gynecologist you trust, who doesn't have a special product to sell-- then trust his or her advice about your abnormal pap smear and/or apparent HPV infection.

That will end this thread.  I won't have any further comments or advice.

But why do the doctors in Mexico, then lying to me? If it does not work?

Why is it then the vaccine is for sale? Why it has also been invented?

And why are all the studies that are online will tell that 50% of the virus went away. And 50% of the virus went down?

I want to know the FACTS! Who is telling the truth?

If the vaccine has only been studied in Mexico. What other doctors are aware that the vaccine does not work?

But I am so angry. Because everyone tells me different things. Every doctors say everythings he want say. And I'm pretty vain I waste money on doctors and doctors in the network.

You apparently misunderstood my comments above.  Maybe a language problem?

The "vaccine" you took is worthless.  It does not cure HPV.

Re-read all my comments above, very carefully.  If you're not certain you understand, ask a friend to help.  If you understand what I have said, you will also understand why you should not be worried.

That will be all for this thread.  No more comments are permitted.

Pliiiis last question

I took a 5 vaccine

Is it then sharks? Did I not really get rid of HPV?

Is not really no what kind of blood tests or tests that I can be sure that I no longer have HPV in my body? What I do?

How effective is the vaccine, then, do you know something about this, how big procent its work if is work? Do I have any opportunity to get rid of HPV? I find it difficult to live with the disease, because it took me a while Cin2. I'm going crazy if I can not get rid of this. Its difficult to live with Hpv, because I dont wanna live with this.

Welcome back to the forum.

This is an experimental product that has only been studied by a single group of investigators in Mexico.  As best I can tell, they have not made it available to other scientists for their own research.  Virtually all HPV experts and STD scientists agree that this is not likely to be an effective treatment.  Further, it apparently has not been through the kinds of safety studies normally required before a vaccine or other treatment is recommended for general use.

I recommend you not waste your money on this.  And anyway, no vaccine is needed to make HPV go away.  Virtually all HPV infections clear up on their own anyway, without a vaccine or other treatment.

There are no tests available that reliably check for HPV infection, except for those designed to best pap smear samples for the virus -- and even for those, a negative result does not prove that HPV isn't there.  No blood tests for HPV are approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for diagnosis of HPV, because they aren't known to be reliable.

My main advice is the same you have heard before:  Stop worrying so much about this problem.  If your doctor has recommended follow-up visits to check your cervix with repeat pap smears or other examinations, follow that advice. That will be sufficient to protect you from any serious outcome.

Regards--  HHH, MD
