Tingling in my uthera

I had a recent encounter with a sex worker in which she massaged my penis with her hand(she may have used some slavia I am not sure)and then put a condom on and gave me oral for a few moments without ejaculation. I then finished by situlating myself to ejaculation with the condom still on.

The day after this encounter and since then around 5 days I have had a slight tingling in my uthera and I seem to need to pee very often. I have no other symptoms but this tingling is drving me nuts. Is it possiable I contracted NGU, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea or anything else. Your other posts suggest and I just panicing over nothing but it would be good to her your opinion.

I plan to see a doctor after labor day regardless

Thanks in advance

Your are correct that gonorrhea, and chlamydial infection for that matter, does not require ejaculation for transmission but it does require direct, non-condom protected penetration.

I would not worry.  If you must get tested, do so- I am confident the results will be negative.  Please pledge to believe the test results if you are tested.  EWH

Thanks Doctor thats what was I thought. I do worry about how effective condoms are the internet seems all over the place when talking about STDs outside of HIV and condom effectiveness.

I was under the impression that gonorrhea doesn't require ejaculation to transmitted shouldn't I at least get tested for that?

Welcome to our Forum.  The exposure you describe does not put you at risk for any STD.  STDs are not transmitted through masturbation (even with saliva used as a lubricant) or through condom protected sex.  On the other hand, not uncommonly after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  The sensations persons describe in these situations are often tingling.  Finally, there are no STDs which cause symptoms only 1 day after contact.

There is no reason for you to be concerned about STDs from the encounter you describe.  When you see your doctor, I urge you to seek treatment IF there are objective findings that you have an STD, not "just in case".

Take care.  EWH
