Treatment Resistance Warts

I was diagnosed about three months ago with warts.  My gyno prescribed Aldara with no success then Condolox which only seemed to burn off half my skin.  Do you have a suggestion for another treatment for someone that has already used two of the most used options?  I'm losing hope I'll ever get rid of these and I want to be informed with info when I go back to my gyno for a different treatment.  Is cryo the next best step, or should I enwuire about laser?  They are fairly small but I obviously want them gone.

Warts are being froze. Every two weeks i am going in for treatments and now using Aladara three times a week. (leave cream on for 8 hours at night.)
Is there anything else you would recommend to remove warts and reduce the chance of infecting my partner, apart from using a condom over the next 4-6 months.?
For most people does the virus gradually reduce or  is that too simplistic.

thank you for you time and patience . i have read each thread

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
With failure of both kinds of self-treatment, either because of failure per se or intolerable toxicity, the next option should be in-office therapy, such as freezing with liquid nitrogen, laser removal, electrocautery, or surgical removal.  In addition, it would be good to have an expert examination to be certain the residual lesions are warts and not scar tissue or skin tags.  Most dermatologists are able to provide these services; check with your gynecologist for a referral.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
