I'll add that the most common explanation for the sort of thing you describe for your partner is the urethral syndrome, i.e. a minor urinary tract infection (UTI), which sometimes is triggered by sex but is not an STD. As I said above, her own health care provider is the right person to ask for clarification about her diagnosis. Trichomonas doesn't cause such symptoms.
This largely duplicates your thread a few weeks ago, which after a substantial number of "yes but" and "what if" follow-up comments finally ended when Dr. Hook said "I will now remeind you that you said there would be no more questions. Time for this to end."
You need to drop your fixation on trich or anything else sexually transmitted. Neither you nor your girlfriend has any infection from your sexual encounter 7 months ago. No online expert can diagnose anything from a distance, especially based on second hand information about someone else. Your partner should seek answers about her symptoms from her health care provider.
If you cannot get beyond your obsession with trichomonas and your fixation on your sexual indiscretion, counseling may be in order. I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism. But there will be no further comment or discussion of it on this thread or anywhere else.
