None of the symptoms you describe suggest HIV and your tests are negative. I urge you to believe them. EWH

Dr Hook sir
Please ***** for following symptoms
1 Cold feelings after a month from exposure for 2 to 3hrs at 1 to 2 days interval with almost body temp. 98.5
2 Groin pain at 2 to 3 days intervals without swellen lymph nodes from 20 days after exposure.
3 Neck pain uncontinous after a month from exposure with minor sore throat and without swellen lymph node.
Dr Hook sir
Thaks for your advice.
I understand this. This is not a question however. it does not change my assessment or advice. This may be due to something other than an STI. EWH
Dr Hook sir
Only i get one anogenitial blister during Truvada regimen it go away in a day.
I would not worry about either of these infections. Hepatitis C is not sexually transmitted among heterosexuals and if you acquired herpes you would develop lesions of infection within 2 weeks of your exposure. If you do not develop lesions, you do not need to worry about herpes. EWH
Dr Hook sir
Thanks a lot Doc. for helping me with your fine sense of diagnosis. I will provide my further testing for HIV that will help you for serving others. And i forget to tell you that I was consult a urologist for my KFT, he was assured that i dont have any UTI. And a question if possible at what time i have to go test for HSV and Hepatitis C(immune against Hep B).
1. Chlamydia blood tests are of no value. Your test may be due to previous infections. I would not owrry about transmission-there is no evidence you were infected.
2. None of these results suggest any STI
3. This is between you and your doctor, I have not examined you and cannot comment. EWH
Dr Hook sir
Thanks for your comments and truely helpful for me. May you please interperate my other test report done for above said episode. Following reports with questions.
1 My C.trachomitus and C.pneumonia IGG poitive in just after 5 days from exposure (she was also positive for both IGG). I know it is not a major issue. Taken Doxy for one week and Azithro 1 gm single dose.
My question is it possible that IGG positive in 5 days after exposur or it may previous. That was my first time sex other than my wife and my age 35yrs. As C.trachomitus can spread through conjunctivitis and C.pneumonia through droplet. And I am asking you because if one std transmitted it will raise chances for other std transmission.
2 As you know, I have taken PEP Truvada. My internal med. Doc prescribed me test for LFT,KFT,CBC and urine rutine after PEP complete. LFT, KFT normal but CBC and urine rutine not normal with Lymphocytes higher 3.50 thou/mm3(ref.range 1-3) and eosinophil normal at lower 0.02(ref.range0.01-0.10) and urine rutine having protien 1+( after that Doc prescribed me 24hr Creatinine clr. and urine test results come back unexpectedly with A. Creatinine Clearance 155.53 ml/min/1.73m2(ref. range 74-138) B. GFR 145 ml/min/1.73m2 C. Total protien 24hr 0.02 g/day (ref.range 0.04-0.15) D. Creatinin serum 0.63 mg/dl E. Urea serum 14 mg/dl).
As these test may not presented in this forum but my question is my high kindey function relate to any STD as may body need high hormones to produce Antibody.
3. Above said symptoms in privuous post also with minor groin pain are relate to anxiety or std. And if anxiety related than will go away by taking anti anxiety pills(Doc prescribed me but i am not taking)
Welcome to our Forum. I will try to help. The exposure you describe was low risk for HIV or for any other STI- most women do not have STIs and most unprotected encounters with infected partners do not lead to infection. In your case, you also know almost certainly that your partner did not have HIV because of her test results and took a form of PEP. Now you have negative tests two weeks after completing PEP. You did not get HIV from the exposure you have described. I would not worry further.
Regarding your specific questions:
1 What is conclusiveness for HIV DOU test that was negative after six week from exposure.
Theoretically, because of the PEP, you should test again at 30 days and at 3 months following completion of PEP however, as I said above, because of other information you have provided, you can be quite confident that you did not get HIV. I would not worry or test further.
2 Am i needed anti anxiety pills
If you cannot control your anxiety, you should discuss your continuuing and unneccessary anxiety with a doctor.
3 What i needed test for std and at what time
If you have already been tested, you do not need further testing.
4 How many people in your knowledge get HIV from a sexworker that having negative test for HIV DOU after a day from exposure.
None.
I hope these comments are helpful. Take care. EWH
