Weight to date is back to normal 90kg but I have been eating so much purposely as I was worries with the unexplained weight loss. No dieting or change in diet.
Concerned about diastolic pressure I read that if its low its due to infection.
My current symptoms wk 5-6: Itchiness across chest small red patched hard to see, White little spots hard to see must be 20 of them on each side of lip, Groin, armpit and throat glands get odd stretch pains but nothing is swollen, Throat feel tense but no swallowing or pain issues
Still feel tired dizzy feeling (low blood pressure don’t know???)I eat healthy live healthy No fever no severe flu symptoms other than a slight runny nose. From week 2-3 week was feeling droopy tired dizzy and headahces. Now only Headaches gone.
I visited the GUM clinic on week 3 took blood tests not sure what type nothing came back
Urine test they Found blood in Urine they gave me antibiotics, also gave me anti fungal cream (they didn’t find anything) for foreskin and some special soap to wash although it is at time still itchy and still slightly irritated.
Visited GUM on 18 Sep full std test found nothing including no blood in urine.
I get results from blood this or next week not sure if they have done 3rd or 4th generation testing all they said is I have to retest at 3 months so I presume 3rd.

Those results indeed are negative.  I have no further advice for you, except to move on with your life without worry about herpes.

Hello,

12 weeks test

Hsv 1 (0.338)
Hsv 2 (<0.5) I am right assuming that it's less than .5.
They said negative.
Your advice please.?

I saw these comments and took them into account before I replied above.  They do not change my opinion or advice.

Welcome back to the forum.

However, I really can't help much.  No distant source can compete with the medical opinion and advice from direct care by a qualified physician or clinic.  The NHS GUM clinics generally provide superior service.  They know just as much about these sorts of things as we do on this forum, or as Terri on the herpes forum, and have the benefit of having examined you directly.

Even if you had not already been evaluated at a GUM clinic, based on your symptoms, I would not have suspected any STD.  Adding to that both the negative STD test results and the opinion of your GUM clinician, you can take that to the bank:  no STD.  Although you described penile "blisters" to Terri, it seems that nothing abnormal was seen on examination.  And your symptoms certainly don't go along with a new HIV infection either.

So my advice is that you continue to follow up with the GUM clinic and otherwise follow their advice.  I'm sure they will agree you should have a final HIV DUO test, probably at 4-6 weeks after the sexual exposure you are concerned about.  Beyond that, if you continue to have any symptoms or are otherwise concerned, you should visit your GP for a general medical evaluation.

I hope this has been helpful. Best wishes--  HHH, MD

I don’t know what to conclude from all this. I am trying to be as relaxed as possible I was stressed but the symptoms are there things I cant effect i.e diastolic pressure, sudden weight loss, itchiness and feeling dizzy.
I am concerned about HIV and Herpes (Doc said they couldn’t see any signs of herpes).
Could you please share your thoughts?
