10/27 Out of town had a CSW give oral and intercorse. Had a condom for both and checked it when I pulled out to check for any rips. None present. pulled it off and got in shower to clean off. At no time was there skin to skin except that she put the condum on with her hands.
11/15 had sex with my wife ( no condom ) and was a little dry and took a while for whatever reason for us to complete. Rubbed around outside of anus and vigina qite a bit with the end of my penis.
11/17 & 18 noticed some itching but never looked at penis.
11/19 I looked that morning and found a red sore about the size of a pea in the foreskin. Not an open sore just red and maybe slighlty raised and slightly swollen. Searched and searched the internet and thought oh no I have syphilis. Masterbated that day in the shower ( reduces stress for me I guess ) with soap as to not hurt myself anymore. Bump got a little redder after that which I chaulked up to rubbing. I put aintibiotic ointment on sore.
11/19 Night had what I think was a panic attack ( sweating, heart racing, couldn't sleep ) Stayed with me a couple of days
11/20 or 21st Started to notice sore wasn't as red but then the end of my penis was itching inside the end of it and at the end of it. Felt like I had to pee every 10 min. Was a very little burning right when I start. Very little coming out. Tip is very sensative in my boxer's. No visible signs of anything and no discharge. Put ointment on end of penis.
11/23 itching is worse and peeing worse. Drank a gallon of cranberry juice and a lot of water.
11/24 more cranberry.
11/26 Can hardly find sore and the needing to pee is better but not gone.
11/27 sore is gone. penis looks completely normal but still have a wierd numbness at tip and some needing to pee and slight discomfort.
Live in Very small town where the local Doc is our neighbor/friend and no clinics nearby.

You do not have an STD that you acquired during your experience in late October, period.
Most CSWs do not have STDs (some do but most do not), you had a single exposure, you showered immediately after sex, and most importantly, you used a condom both for the oral and vaginal sex. Your symptoms occurred following trauma (longer than usual, "rubbed around the anus and vagina") with your wife. It is not uncommon to have red areas after sure exposure, after all, sex is about friction, right? The other symptoms you described could also well be manifestations of your anxiety. Do not worry. You do not need testing.
