Validity at 9 days

Hello to both of you,

First I want to apologize for the poor quality of my english, I'm not native in this language.

There are the facts.

On day one: I have unprotected oral sex in a massage parlor.
On day two: I have unprotected vaginal sex with my wife.
On day 7: I feel something strange in my penis, but without discharge.
On day 9: Give urine sample (first 20 ml, did not pee 3 hrs before) and blood for gono, chlamydia, siphilis and hiv
On day 9 at night: Had testicular pain (right only)
On day 20: neg in all test, retest schedule in 3 months for siphilis and hiv
On day 20: begin to use doxycyclin, 100 mg bid for 7 days, (afraid of a false negative result)
On day 28: still had testicular pain, start zithromax 2 gr one time.
On day 32: resume unprotected sex with my wife
Now: still had testicular pain on and off plus pain in my lower abdomen.
My question

If a got a false negative at day 9, can I have infected my wife at day 2 (was I already contagious, if I was)?
If a I am infected (still dont know) with siphilis am I already contagious or it only begin with "typical" siphilic skin lesion?
Can I be 100% sure of the result of my urine sample at day 9?  The window period are not the same from different site(for chlamydia the window time is from  "no waiting time" to 14 days).
Because I use antibiotic, with or without reason, when can I retest?

I know from watching other post of this site that guilt and fear can explain what I feel.  So the most important for me is the safety of my wife.  If I know that she had nothing to fear that with help me, if she had to fear something I will do what I need to do to ensure is safety

Thanks

Welcome to our Forum.  I suspect you are worrying more than you need to be.  The chance that you acquired chlamydia from receipt of oral sex is miniscule.  Most commercial sex workers do not have STIs and most exposures do not lead to infection.  Chlamydia in particular is very, very rare from oral sex.  Further, your tests 9 days after exposure are TOTALLY reliable.  Whomever told you that it takes that long to get reliable results is wrong- urine test results are reliable after 3-4 days, at most.

Further, the doxycycline AND the azithromycin you have received would have cured infection if it had been present.  These medications would have also prevented syphilis if you had been exposed.

My advice is to not worry further about the exposure you mention.  You were not infected.  You have proof that this is the case.  There is no need for further testing of any sort. EWH

I have already told you that your 9 day tests are accurate and should be believed.

Gonorrhea can rarely cause testicular pain and can be asymptomatic however in view of your negative tests, thi sis NOT a realistic concern.

This will end this thread.   EWH

You would not be infectious to your wife one day after acquring syphilis.  Further, there is no evidence that you acquired syphilis.   EWH

Thanks Youtube

Just to be sure, about syphilis, if i was infected, was I contagious after 1 day, because I had sex with my wife at that time.

Thanks to calm my mind.
