Help!! Hard Diagnosis

I've only had sex with two girls, both times using a condom. I've also had a girl perform oral. What my problem is over the past year or so I use to get these hard like zit things on the skin around the penis and balls. There were only a few times I actually had one develop on my balls. When I'd try to pop them I'd get a hard white thing out. 3 or 4 months would go by and I wouldn't have anything form. And just recently I was taking a shower and two swollen, quite large bumps formed on opposite sides of my penis. The one on the left went away quite quickly while the one on the right is now just starting to go away. They kind of look like maybe there is some sort of puss in the middle, but it has scared me so bad I don't even want to look! I've read a little about syphilis and this sort of matches the definition. I'd also like to add every once in a while I have a sore throat.

Please help diagnosis my problem!

Fear is not a reason for continued ignorance.  In fact, failing to seek evaluation will just allow this to continue to nag you and fuel your anxiety.  I cannot imagine a scenario in which the "bumps" you describe could jeopardize your fertility.  As I said before, seeking evaluation will benefit, not harm you.

and no, this is not herpes.  EWH

What you describe is certainly not syphilis so do not worry about that.  Many of the things that people ask about on this web site turn out to be normal, others turn out to be folliculits (a normal, non-STD skin infection) and a few turn out to be warts of, even more rarely molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection which appears as small "bumps" which often have small indentations in the middle and when squeezed can emit a white,"cheesy" core.  You could have any of these things.  Given the nature of your exposures, I suspect you are noticing something that is normal but has been not noticed in the past.  In general, squeezing them is not a good idea in that this can lead to infection if there was not there already.  I would suggest that you get examined by a health care professional (STD Clinician, dermatologist) to sort his out.  We cannot and should not diagnose these sorts of things over the net but I hope that these thoughts will be of some help to you.  EWH

Cephalexin is reasonable treatment for a urinary tract infection but not for an STD.  Clearly the docotor did not think you had an sTD eitehr.  This thread is over.  EWH

I went to the doctor today and he looked at it and said it didn't look like Herpes or sound like any symptoms. He prescribed me Cephalexin 500MG capsules. I forgot the term he used for what he thought it was. My only concern is it still sort of after I'm done peeing. I asked him about this and he said I could have urine infection, rare though. What is your take on this diagnosis?

I have nothing more to add until you have test results from a health professional.  EWH

I'm seeing the doctor today, thought I'd bump this for hopefully an answer before my visit.

Thanks

By the way, from what I have described, what do you think is possibly wrong? And if it does sound like any STD, which one? These two things that just recently formed on my penis kinda hurt like I said and itched a little if bothered. Will the doctor most likely give me penicillin if it is bacteria related? Thanks, just trying to get the most information before I go see the doctor!

These last two swollen bumps did itch a bit but I've never had this before? I'm afraid to visit my doctor, because the last thing I would want is something I can't get rid of and then not being able to have children of my own some day! But, this doesn't sound like herpes does it?

Thanks in advance!
