Very Mild burning or stinging at tip of penis

Doctor,
First of all, that you for answering my previous question.

I have one question though which I hope you have an some answer for. I have tried researching this online but I haven't found anything useful yet. My sexual/medical history is the same as last time (only oral 3-4 months ago with steady partner. No drugs, alcohol etc). Because of my history, I am not extremely concerned about most of the feelings or things I notice on my body unless they seem really extreme. That said, I have probably been paying closer attention to these things recently than I normally do. Recently, I have been focusing on a very mild sensation that i get at the very tip of my penis (the opening) when I ejaculate after masturbation. I normally masturbate in the shower. I am not quite sure how to describe the sensation but if i had to, i would say it is more like a very very mild stinging or burning but even then i'm not sure those are the right words. I only really feel it at the moment of ejaculation. My penis feels normal when I urinate or any other time and as far as i know it looks normal too. Part of the problem is that i cannot tell if this sensation is recent or if i have always felt it but never paid any real attention to it until now. For the life of me i really cant remember. I guess my question is if this could be a sign of something or is it normal for the opening to be a little irritated (maybe not the right word) at/after ejaculation. Should i be concerned or have it looked at? Thank you for any information.

That doesn't sound like an STD; the symptoms are tooo vague.  And your sexual history indicates virtually no risk of infection.  If in doubt, see a health care provider, but don't lose sleep over this in the meantime.

Also, i want to mention again that i was recently tested for a few STDs (Chlamydia, Gonohrrea, HIV, and Herpes) and so far I have only recieved the Herpes test back (Negative). I cant imagine how whatever i have, if anything, is an STD but the more i think about it the more paranoid i become. i am visiting my girlfriend in a couple weeks and i really dont want to worry about potentially giving her anything.

Even more reason to be confident you aren't infected.
