White bumps on anus

I have got a couple of small white pimples just outside my anus for the last 2-3 weeks. No pain while sitting or lying down or while wearing loose clothing, but I do have a slight feeling of friction or itching while walking.

I am worried because I have recently had exposure to a hand job by a masseur who rubbed by anus and put her finger inside.

What could this be? Herpes, HPV or simply follicitus?

I can send you a pic if you give me an email address to mail to.

No, no change inmy assessment or advice,.  This obviously concerns you, therefore I suggest (again) that you have a knowledgeable clinician take a look at them.  EWH

Thanks doc. I do remember that about a year back, a lady masseur gave me a rimjob. Can that be the reason for the white spots on my anus?

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll try to help but what you really need is for a trained professional to take a look at the lesions you describe.  The exposure you describe is not an exposure which would put you at meaningful risk for STIs of any sort.  Further, warts typically take about 6 months to appear following infection and the lesion you describe do not sound like HSV or syphilis.  Folliculitis is a possibility or perhaps a fungal infection or even hemorrhoids.  There are many bumpy appearing normal structures around the anus as well- the lesions you describe may have already been there before the experience you describe and may have only recently been noticed when you chose to look for them.

We do not look at pictures on this site.  They are too often misleading.  As I said above, the best thing to do is have a doctor take a look.  I would not worry that they are due to STI however.  EWH
