White discharge. Penis sting.

Hello. I came back from Thailand about 3 weeks ago. I had un-protected sex with one girl (stupid I know). When I came back (about 3 days later)I had a small ammount of white sperm like discharge come out (only about a drop) a few times, and the urge to urinate but with very little urine, also the tip of my penis itched. That has since gone for about 1 week, but now I have a small stinging sensation in the tip fo my penis when I urinate. Please help. What could this be, is it infectous and can it be treated? Thankyou.

ANd yes, it is likely to be infectious, so please don't have sex with anyone (even with condoms) until it has been successfully treated.

You have urethritis, i.e. an infection inside the penis.  It is an STD.  Quick onset (only 3 days) makes gonorrhea most likely, but it could be nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), mostly commonly due to chlamydia.  Yes, it can be treated.  You need to see a health care provider right away.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
