Going crazy with worry

I am really worried.

I am gay. I was at this party with these guys and was fooling around with this one guy. We gave each other oral sex (with no ejaculation involved). I was very drunk at the time and, while I am pretty much sure that nothing really risky happened, I am not 100% sure - I have definetly forgotten parts of that night but I am almost sure I was with one guy and that we didn’t do anything I am unaware of. (I was offered sex by someone else and turned it down).

While this was happening a number of people started to what I would call "finger" my "back-end". I have no idea how long it was done for or how many people did it but I am worried that they may have had cuts / semen on their fingers. They are all promiscuous and were upto stuff that night...
I am really worried about HIV and other STDs. I have been to a GUM clinic before and have been told that oral sex (even with ejaculation) is low risk. I am still worried about this and worried about "fingering".
What should I do? Should I go to the GUM clinic again (I have already been tested for syphilis) and ask for help? Should I leave it?
I realise that I have posted this question before but I would really like professional advice. Thank you.

You are right that oral sex is low risk and being fingered is even lower risk.  Depending on just how wild things were, I suppose there is a minimal (as opposed to no) risk associated with having others' fingers inserted but the risk is really tiny.  Watch for symptoms and, after 3-4 days get screened for STDs if you need to reassure yourself.  As for HIV- no risk.  EWH

p.s.  If you are drinking to the point of memory loss this is problematic and needs more attention than your STD risk.  EWH
