Worried Sick UnProtected Oral

I have posted in both The HIV and the Chlamydia Forums.

I have had an Unprotected Oral exposure on 25th Nov 2011 with a stripper at a strip club in florida  where I ejaculated in her mouth. The oral sex lasted for aroud 10 mins. After the act I cleaned up with soap and even try to put in some warm water down my urethra .Sorry for being so graphic.  I also noticed some bruies on her arm which led me to believe she could be an injection user.
I have been concerned about HIV and STD’s since the exposure. The responses from the members from HIV prevention community has been helpful to ease my anxiety.
I have had painful Urination for the last couple of days. This freaked me out and I started on Azithromycin 500Mg on Monday evening. I have taken 4 tablets since then. I have redness in my eyes and had some swelling in the eyes today morning. I don’t have discharge from my penis but have a tingling and burning feeling through the day. Please note that I drink around 150Ml of alcohol everyday.
I am going in tomorrow to get tested anonymously for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

1) What are my chances of picking up any STD’s?
2) Please advice on what I should do. I am hesitant to go to my doctor as I do not want this reflected on my insurance.  I am a immigrant and in the final process of applying for my green card. I don’t want this to cause issues with my immigration.
3) I have Ciproflaxacin and Doxycline at home, should I start taking those?
4) Have I waited enough to get tested, or should I wait for some more days?

Thanks in advance for your responses. I appreciate all the help you are providing on this great forum

Welcome to our Forum. You are over reacting.  Oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not transmitted with meaningful frequency and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you would have most likely developed symptoms of urethritis (penile infection) long before now.  Even if your partner had an STD (any STD and it is likely she did not), most exposures do not lead to infection.  In your case, having taken azithromycin will just confuse things, reducing the confidence that if you had something, it would be detected.  There is no advantage to taking additional antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin or doxycycline.  As for your specific questions:

1.  See above- very low.  Your current symptoms are likely due to something else. there is a respiratory tract virus which although not an STD can cause conjunctivitis and penile irritation (adenovirus).  If this is what you have, it will pass without therapy.
2.  This should not affect your immigration status.
3.  NO!!
4.  As I mentioned above, taking azithromycin will reduce the accuracy of your tests.  EWH

You'll need to wait at least 5 days before your tests will be reliable.

The cortisone will not make a difference.

Thank you for your response doctor. It is very much appreciated.

I have stopped taking azithromycin. Should I still get tested? If yen then how many more days should I wait?

I forgot to mention in my original post, that I do have an history of yeast infection and I was applying cortozone even on the day this happened to reduce inflammation.
I seem to get a big red rash any time I masturbate or have sex with my wife.
sorry for the multiple questions and being a pain in the A**

I forgot to mention that I have not noticed any lessions that indicate herpes on my penis.
