Thanks a lot Doctor. I have no further questions.
You'll need to wait at least 5 days before your tests will be reliable.
The cortisone will not make a difference.

Thank you for your response doctor. It is very much appreciated.
I have stopped taking azithromycin. Should I still get tested? If yen then how many more days should I wait?
I forgot to mention in my original post, that I do have an history of yeast infection and I was applying cortozone even on the day this happened to reduce inflammation.
I seem to get a big red rash any time I masturbate or have sex with my wife.
sorry for the multiple questions and being a pain in the A**
I forgot to mention that I have not noticed any lessions that indicate herpes on my penis.
Welcome to our Forum. You are over reacting. Oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs. Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not transmitted with meaningful frequency and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny. If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you would have most likely developed symptoms of urethritis (penile infection) long before now. Even if your partner had an STD (any STD and it is likely she did not), most exposures do not lead to infection. In your case, having taken azithromycin will just confuse things, reducing the confidence that if you had something, it would be detected. There is no advantage to taking additional antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin or doxycycline. As for your specific questions:
1. See above- very low. Your current symptoms are likely due to something else. there is a respiratory tract virus which although not an STD can cause conjunctivitis and penile irritation (adenovirus). If this is what you have, it will pass without therapy.
2. This should not affect your immigration status.
3. NO!!
4. As I mentioned above, taking azithromycin will reduce the accuracy of your tests. EWH
