This is similar to the question you asked on the HIV interenational forum 3 years ago, which concerned the risk of HIV resulting from a massage with masturbation ("happy ending"). So you should not be surprised that the answer is pretty much the same. Although it is true that most STDs are more readily transmitted than HIV, they still require intercourse -- i.e. direct genital contact with another person's vagina, rectum, or mouth. Hand-genital contact, even when vaginal or genital secretions are used as lubricant, almost never results in STD transmission.
So you needn't worry at all. You don't need testing, and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue your normal sexual practices without putting that person at risk.
