Worried about possibility of STD

Hello. I am a male, 31 years old. I visited an "adult massage therapist" 4 days ago. I will describe what happened between us. She used her hand to masturbate my penis. While she did that, she licked the tip of my penis 2 or 3 times for a couple seconds each time.

While this was going on, I was inserting my fingers in and out of her vagina for about 30 seconds to a minute. A few minutes later, she took my hand and put it on my penis, and I began to masturbate myself with the same hand that was in her vagina. I believe that my hand/fingers were still moist from her vagina. it's possible I could have touched my urethra while masturbating.

Am I at risk at contracting any form of std? Should i get tested? I was diagnosed with NGU and was treated 7 or 8 years ago FYI. I am now very paranoid that I may have caught something again. Since this incident 4 days ago I have not felt well at all. My stomach has been upset. My testicles feel like they are sagging more than usual. Also I haven't had an erection since. I usually will get a couple random erections throughout the day. It feels normal when I urinate however. I am Very concerned. Do I have a right to be?

Thank you, I will look forward to a response.

Welcome to the forum.

I can reinforce the accurate reply you had on the community forum.  STDs are rarely if ever transmitted by hand-genital contact; and although oral sex carries some risk, this too is virtually zero for the brief contact you describe.

There are no STDs that cause upset stomach, testicular "sagging", or erectile dysfunction.  The testicular business undoubtedly isn't abnormal -- there's no medical condition that can cause increased "sagging", and that almost has to be just your perception.  All your symptoms are very suggestive of an anxiety reaction, presumably because you regret and may be experiencing overt shame or guilt over your sexual choice.

If I were in your situation, I would relax, not get tested for any STD, and would continue unprotected sex with my wife without the least concern about infecting her with anything.

I hope this has helped.  Best wishes---  HHH, MD
