Worried and Anxious

On a recent trip to Bangkok ,  I was persuaded by a guy for a massage , I had a soapy massage from a lady then , both of were undressed and she put soapy water over her and me and gave sliding body to body massage for like ten minutes,

I was sure when she massaged on the front side , my penis didn't touch her vagina as I was worried that she is nude and might just touch it with her exposed vagina. but it might have bruised but am not sure

Then she gave me oral with condom , but I didn't like it , so I asked her to remove it and she gave me hand job instead, since we few days I feel tingling in urethra,  slight burning off and on

I am just worried if I got some STD cause of the tingling , I had ciprofloxacin 500mg twice for three days , now I was thinking for having 1 g  azithromycin to make sure everything is cleared up Chlamydia and Gonorrhea or something else too.

I don't have access to see much doctors in the country where I live nor got so much testing facilities available. Please Advice , would be really very thankful , I am very anxious of what might be the reason for the tingling and burning sensation

I posted this in other forum but maybe this is the right place

Welcome to our Forum.  I see you have asked the same question on the International STD Forum.  My answer will be similar.  The risk of the events you describe is quite low, approaching zero.  If you did not penetrate this person during your massage, there is no risk for STD.  Similarly, the is no risk for infection from receipt of condom protected oral sex.  Further, while neither 100% effective, nor recommended, the ciprofloxacin you took may have prevented many STDs if you were even exposed (most commercial sex workers do not have STDs and. Most exposures to infected partners do not lead to infection).

The tingling you report is amongst the most common "symptoms" related to anxiety and focus on possible symptoms that we see..

My advice is to not worry.  Your chance of infection is minuscule.  If you feel the need to take therapy, the regimen that Dr. Jose suggested, an injection of centrist one plus a 1.0 gram dose of azithromycin would be the best possible therapy.

I hope my comments are helpful.  I would not be concern, were I you.  Ewh

Here in the U.S., centric one is the only drug recommended for gonorrhea.  Personally, I don't think you need any therapy at all.  EWH

Thanks a lot for your response ,

is there any alternate option then injection of centrist , as I can get azithromycin easily but injectable will be bit tough to get

Best Regards
