Thank you for your valuable service.  It is indeed most helpful.  I was again with an escort that I have seen several times.  She performs oral sex on me while I am wearing a condom, always and we have never had intercourse.  But in our latest get together, two other things occured that I wanted to see if there was any risk of exposure for STDs.

Before she put the condom on me, she gave me a brief lapdance where she was sitting on top of my penis.  She, however, was wearing her panties. This lasted just a few seconds.  The other concern is that she did use her tongue to  lick my testicles during the oral sex.  Am I at risk for anything from these two acts?

Welcome back to the Forum. These are no risk exposures.  The contact which occurs during lap dances in which there is no penetration is no risk for STDs, including HIV.  this is the case whether or not she was wearing panties.  If anything the panties reduce the risk still more.

As for having your testicles licked, again not risk at all.
