1) There really isn't enough information for me to estimate your risk of STD. But from the few vague symptoms you describe and the negative test results, the risk appears to be quite low. Your symptoms do not sound like herpes.
2) The brown spot on your penis doesn't sound like a wart of any STD. But I can't say for sure, and I cannot speculate on what else it might be. See a health care provider.
3) It sounds like your anxiety is out of proportion to your risk or the the likelihood of infection. Consider seeing an STD-knowledgeable health care provider for more definitive assessment than I can give - for example, your local health department STD clinic. If that evaluation shows nothing and your anxiety continues, you may want to consider seeing a mental health professional.

With protected sex, no real symptoms after 10 months and negative tests why would he have any chance at all of an STD?
Unless you are thinking HPV or herpes?

ABCDZ,
Your problem with itchy rashy bumps on your buttocs may be caused by folliculitis, a common skin condition, in which it sounds to be. Its caused by irritation of the hair follicle. Notice its in a location that is constantly covered, by boxer shorts or underwear, and constant pressure is on from sitting. By your undershorts rubbing on the location, irritation may take place, causing the area to become itchy and red bumps may appear, which are irritated hair follicles. If you suffer from overly dry skin or overly oily skin in this area, you are more likely to suffer from it. I went to my derm a year and a half ago with the same issue. He did culture tests to determine if there was anything severe about the issue, which he didnt feel was neccessary but i wanted it done. Everything came back normal. He determined it was folliculitis, told me to use lotrimin, an over the counter cream. It went away within a few days. HE told me even though the condition goes away with creams, it may come back and not to be alarmed if it does. If one has it or has had it, he or she is likely to get it again. Do some research on it, maybe try using lotrimin or cortizone cream. Seeing a derm would be the move.
Hope that helped you some.
