bad Acid reflux and Itching

On 21st of May 2008 I visited a Sydney Gentlemen Club- Pentahouse (Brothel).  While in the private room me and a girl from Asian origin, I made her wash her hands with soap and later with Listerine. I sat on a chair and she started to give me a hand job. After a few minutes later I started to have *** ****. Then I asked her to take shower, she did. While on shower she touched her genital. She dried herself with a towel and lied on the bed and I started *** ******* her again and after few minutes I ejaculated on her chest. She gave me a tissue paper, I wiped my penis and later clean it with water. I did not have any other form of sexual contact.  Few days after the exposure, I got symptoms like frequent  urination, sharp pain on the lower  left abdomen   and general itching all over the body. I  took  doxycycline for 3 weeks. Pain and tendency to frequent urination has gone but Generalize itching and bad stomach reflux has not. Itching is very bad on nights, some night its worst I can barely sleep. I have been measuring my temperature everyday since I have not noticed any fever. Last night I couldn’t sleep due to itching. This morning I threw up, started to feel joint pain on my right knee cap and very bad indigestion. Sometimes my eyes are itchy too.  I have not seen any rash.  I am not vaccinated against any hepatitis.  Should I be concerned of any stds. I am 32 years old male from Indian origin. My first sexual encounter was in back 2005 and tested repeatedly several times for all stds. This exposure was my second.   What is causing this general itching and bad acid reflux. Please help. I never experienced this type of itching before and have not seen any penal discharge . Should I be worried about any stds. Should I get tested.

Catching hepatitis with such exposure is no more likely than HIV or other STDs.  And despite what you have read, your symptoms don't strike me as typical for viral hepatitis.  (For example, the itching with hepatitis occurs as a result of prominent jaundice, i.e. not until the whites of your eyes were the color of lemons.)

See a health care provider.  I won't have any further comments or advice.

I am not worried about hiv but my symptoms are very similar to those of hepatitis. Itching at night all over the body, sleepless ness, heart burn, pale stool. I don’t have fever, weakness, general feeling of ill . I am not vaccinated against any hepatitis. Can u get infected with any hepatitis from the exposure explained above.

Thanks for the clarifying comment below -- and apologies for MedHelp's smut screen, which is often inapproriate for the forums that concern sexuality.

Nobody in the world ever caught HIV by hand-genital contact or contact of any part of the body with a woman's breasts.  And has been discussed innumerable times on this forum, there are no symptoms that are reliable evidence either for or against a new HIV -- but in any case your symptoms do not hint at HIV, hepatitis, or other STDs.  Most likely your symptoms have nothing at all to do with the sexual non-exposure event you describe.  If they continue, see a health care provider.  But don't worry about STDs or HIV.
