FINGER OR NOTHING

Hello Dr Handsfield and Dr. Hook

Merry Christmas and happy new year to everybody

I have exposure last 8 months ago Masturbation (inserted my finger to the vagina of csw with one day old cut in my fingers) oral sex with condom vaginal exposure for 20 minutes but I didn’t check if the condom is broke when I finished to ejaculate

I tested negative for hiv1/hiv2 last month. My concern now is STDs

Symptoms.

White patches in my penis, dizziness, rashes reoccur for more than 6 months now (my rashes appear 3 weeks after my exposure) face, legs, arms, hands (finger, and at the back of my palm) chest and body.. White coated tongue.

Question:

1. Do you think my risk is a STD risk?
2. If the condom that I used is broken that time what stds will I get in that exposure?
3. In your expertise my symptoms sounds like std?
4. In your expertise do I need a test for std?

Thank you very much and happy holiday

Please answer my question so this coming new year I will leave peacefully with my family..

"If i Tested for STD i will be deported to my country."

That's BS.  If you are in certain countries (e.g., an Islamic country in the middle East) perhaps that would happen if you had a positive test.  But I doubt it.  And since you couldn't have caught an STD, it doesn't matter!

Read my replies above, pay attention, and understand them.  There will be no more replies.  If you keep posting any mroe irrational, anxiety driven questions this entire thread will be immediately deleted without further reply.

"All STDs have a penile discharge."  That is not true.  Some STDs start with genital sores and no discharge.

But it doesn't matter. Because of the nature of the exposure, no STD is likely.  Please accept the reassurance you have been given.  If you remain concerned, visit a health care provider for examination and testing.  This forum has nothing more to offer you.  No more comments or questions, please.

Thank you for your previous answer but honestly I’m to much drunk that night so I didn’t check if the condom is broke..

In Philippines the first sign and symptoms of STD is penile discharge (green discharge) this is true?

All STDs have a penile discharge.

That’s why I think that I didn’t get the STD…

So what STDs can I get if the condom is broke?

Welcome to the STD forum.  Happy holidays.

You have no worries. STDs are not transmitted by fingering.  There are theoretical risks for HPV and perhaps herpes, but even those are too low to worry about.  In the 30+ years I have been seeing patients in a busy STD clinic, I have never seen someone with an STD whose only exposuer was hand-genital contact.

Second, your symptoms do not suggest any STD.  They are not due to any medical condition you caught during the sexual exposure from last May (or any other sexual event).

To the specific questions:

1) No STD risk here.
2) It would have been obvious if the condom were broken. It's not something you can miss.
3 and 4) Your symptoms are not due to an STD and you do not need testing for STDs.  If you remain concerned about them, see a health care provider.  But forget STDs as a cause.

Here are two threads that explain why non-intercourse sex carries little or no STD risk:
