dead anxious ...

Hoping to get an answer from Dr. and/or Dr.

3 weeks ago I had protected vaginal intercourse with a CSW. Also received unprotected oral, french kisses and gave unprotected vaginal and anal oral.

Got a few itchy spots under my armpits the next day.

Nothing for 2 weeks after. Got anxious at time went by though and started noticing things like urinating more often.

At 2 weeks mark, I got paranoid and took 400mg cefixime and 1g azothrymicin.

Had unprotected vaginal intercourse with spouse (first time since events) 3 days after.

After taking the antibiotics, started experiencing random slight discomfort at the head of my penis. Sometimes looked red.

After a few days I started having red itchy spots under my armpits and knees.

I started being very very anxious. Then I started having random red rashes all over my body, especially upper chest.

Had short unprotected vaginal sex with spouse again 6 days after taking antibiotics.

Rashes seem mostly gone now. Itchy spots are still here. Discomfort in penis seems to be here a bit less too, but it's hard to tell.

I declined sex tonight pretexting I feel irritated down there and spouse answered that she had unusual vaginal discharge after we had sex the first time 3 days after antibiotics.

I am trying to keep my calm and stay rational and am feeling desperate right now.

You have not followed instructions for our Forum which LIMITthe number of words allowed for a reason.  The exposures that you describe do not place you at meaningful risk for STI. And even if you had a typical STI, the cefixime and azithromycin you took would have cured gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis.

You spouse's symptoms are not due to any STI that you would have gotten from the exposure you described and your symptoms are not suggestive of any STI.  What they are suggestive of however is unchecked anxiety.  Please put your fears aside and move forward from here.  EWH

I know the chances for getting any STD from my encounter were low, but how low would you say ?

How low are the chances that, eventhough I showed NO symptoms except need to urinate more often in the first weeks, I DID get something that the antibiotics I took would not cure ?

What could that be in that case ?

Would I have still been contagious 3 days after antibiotics ?

Could I have gotten some kind of infection (yeast?) from antibiotics and transmitted it to my spouse ?

Would she show symptoms (discharge) just a day or two after if I indeed infected her with a STD or something related to my antibiotics (yeast) ?

When would it be useful to test after the antibiotics I took ? It's been 8 days now.

Any help, advice, opinion appreaciated. I feel like my life is on the verge of collapse because of my stupid choices.
