Welcome to our Forum. Your tests show that you did not get any STI, including HIV from the exposure you have described. There is no reason to worry and no reason for further testing. Here is a prior discussion of oral HPV infections which was written by Dr. Handsfield which addresses many of your questions
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/HPV-and-oral-sex/show/1515473 and
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Oral-HPV-Cancer-Risk/show/1512873 . In addition, I have answered your specific questions below:
-How can I know if I contracted HPV or NOT?
Your risk for infection is quite low and should not worry you. There are no recommended tests for HPV diagnosis in men,.
-Is there any chance that I might contracted HPV from the unprotected sex and the protected sex I had?
There is a risk but it is very low. Please see Dr. Handsfield’ s comments.
-Is it possible that I might get the symptoms of HPV in the next couple of months or in the future?
This is very unlikely,
- I read HPV causes CANCER!! can I get CANCER from HPV?
VEry unlikely.
- And what do you think about my HIV test, do I need to have another test now to confirm my result
You do not need further testing for HIV. There are no cases of HIV proven to be due to receipt of unprotected oral sex.
I hope these comments are helpful to you. EWH
