do i have an STD???

Hello , i have a a question , i had unprotected sex a few weeks ago with this woman i know , she says she doesnt sleep around, and for the most part i believe her , but who knows ... i noticed the last time having sex with her ( we had sex probally 5 times in that weekend) i noticed she had a yellowish discharge, it was  my penis and around her vagina after we did it , i instantly went to the bathroom and washed my penis with antibacterial soup .. a few weeks have gone by i noticed i had a few white head on the shaft of my penis , like small pimples but they have gone away, then about a week later i notice i had a very tiny greyish looking bump near the rim of my penis , instantly i start thinking the worse... then all of a sudden i catch my self examining it a lot .. the tiny bump is a light greyish, then all of a sudden my penis started hurting( not sure if its in my head, you know stress)i had a wierd feeling all week id lose my job too and i did... could it all be stress??? and my testies i think started hurting too and seeming to be a liitle moist(sweaty), maybe im sweating cus of the stress... since i started touching it and examing it it looks a litte red , very light redness in the centertop of the penis head(above the opening) it seems to go away too and come back , but around the bump it seems I see other tiny bumps which are much smaller then light grey one... mind you the one bump(light grey) is about the size of a pen dot ...and rim near where the bump is is slighty red, does this sound like any thing youve heard of ???? is it a fungus maybe??

Herpes seems likely.  Yeast or urinary tract infection also are possible.  See a health care provider immediately.  No further discussion on this thread.

I can't say what's causing your testicular pain.  If there is no actual swelling of the testicles, and if they aren't tender to light touch, then it isn't an STD.  But as I already said, if you have symptoms that concern you, see a health care provider.

None of your symptoms sounds like any STD.  There are all sorts of normal things on the penile skin that could explain the bumps, such as pearly penile papules, sebaceous cysts, skin tags, and others.  But the way to know is not to seek opinions online, but to visit a health care provider in person.  If cost is an issue, visit your local health department STD clinic for an expert, confidential, low cost (perhaps free) evaluation.

A medically untrained person's judgment that his partner has abnormal vaginal discharge simply isn't a reliable indicator.  But the obvious other thing you should do, since you are concerned, is to call and ask her if she has any infection!  If she has abnormal vaginal discharge, she will know it.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
