enlarged prostate/prostatits

Sorry if this is posted on the wrong forum...this is my first time here. I am an 18 year old male and i have a couple questions regarding prostate conditions. i have noticed over the last month and a half that my ejaculatory fluid has been extremely clumpy and vey stringy… very viscous. It is as if not all of my ejaculatory fluid is released. Could this be plugged ejaculatory ducts? I have also have been having trouble keeping an erection and it is beginning to affect my relationship as I have lost a lot of self confidence, I have also had trouble with premature ejaculation both of which have just recently occurred within the last two months. I lost my virginity to my girlfriend, however before she met me she had been with a few other guys. She was tested for stds at her annual gyno check up and her results came back negative and they said she was fine. We have used always used condoms for vaginal sex except for a couple times, both of which occurred while we were intoxicated. Oral sex no condoms.I was treated about 14 days ago symptomatically for prostatits with 500mg of Cipro 2x a day for 10 days. before treatement i had occasional burning while urinating, abdominal pain, pain in the region between my testicles and my anus, pain after and during ejaculation. I also noticed that a sense of fullness even after urination and ejaculation (as if I did not completely empty), also I noticed that I felt swollen were my prostate would be located. I also noticed a sense of constant need to urinate.  The doctor performed a urine analysis which came back normal. I was tested for chlymidia and ghonnorria, both of which came back negative. The doctor that treated me stated that he noticed a nodule on my testicle..but seemed unconcerned.

I have seen a few doctors and all of them have said that I have been fine std wise, and that im healthy all round and that my symptoms are physcological

The space limit is designed to limit the length of the posts. If you cannot present your problem in the space allotted then it is almost certainly too complex to be dealt with thoroughly through this site.  That said, a few comments:

Some of the symptoms you describe (abdominal, anal and testicular discomfort - discomfort on ejaculation) are not typical of STD but are suggestive of a urological problem (i.e prostatitis).  In addition, your post suggests that antibiotic therapy may have helped but that the problems recurred.  I have no comment on the quality of your ejaculate - that too should be discussed with your health care provider.  Finally, as for your GF's sore throat, she is right, this is not related to your difficulties and she will get better.  that said:

1.  If you got better with antibiotics and the problem has recurred, then you may not have been treated for long enough.  discuss this with your health care provider (and do not see a new one unless you are very unhappy with the first person who saw you.  Bouncing from doctor to doctor will not serve you well).
2.  If your tests for gonorrhea, chlamydia and urinalysis are all normal then this is not an STD.

Hope this is some small help.  The real solution to your difficulties however lies in working through this with your health care provider.  EWH

sorry i ran out of space i am just concerned and dont want to miss anything......the symptoms have began to come back, three days ago i decided to masturbate to see if the consistency of my semen had changed and it appeared normal. however today i noticed that my consistency has began to become very clumpy/stringy again, and the swollen pressure is beggining to come back where my prostate is.
I have only been with one other sexual partner (only oral) before my girlfriend. My girlfriend has also had a persistent sore throat about a month ago for close to three weeks. She got it checked and was tested for strep and mono both which came back negative. Her sore throat went away and has now returned and she has begun to lose her voice, like a cold. However the other day she noticed blood in her flem when she woke up. i am concerned because she insits she is fine and will not go get checked, a persistent sore throat and blood is not good...at leats thats what i believe.
could my symptoms be related to my girlfriends throat?
could i have a reoccuring prostate problem...i seem to young to have prostate problems.
any infor would be appreciated as i am very worried, thanks
