herse my situation, a little over 1 day ago i was with a transgender escort. we had mutal masterbation only. i did finger her anus for a few seconds not deep at all. i made  sure the hand i masterbated her with did not touch my penis and ky lubricant was used. there was no exchange of saliva or genital to genital contact at anytime. after the other person ejaculated iwashed my hands imediatly with antibacterial soap.

ever since this happend my hands have been burning. the skin on my hands are intact no cuts or anything around my cuticals. could you get herpes on the hands from this or any other stds? like i said just mutal masterbation took place. could it be just an irritation fromthe lubricant or skin friction? and the other person didnt have any noticeable cuts or sores on thier penis i saw. please replay.

Welcome to the Forum.  I hope that my comments will be helpful to you.  There are no STDs (including HIV) which cause symptoms within 24 hours of expsoure/acquisition.  the rapid onset of your symptoms is consistent with local irritation, perhaps due to an allergy or some other cutaneous reaction.  Alternatively it could merely be a coincidence.

As far as the exposure and activates you describe, these are no risk exposures for STD.  You do not need to be concerned and there is no risk to you of having acquired an STD from the activities you describe.  Masturbation is truly safe sex.

what i was asking you is herpes withlow a common thing to happen ? and you see it often?

Nothing in your description suggested herpetic whitlow or HPV.  these are not realistic concerns for you.  EWH

thank you for your promt replay doctor. i saw on another thread you mentioned hpv and herpes can happen or herpes withlow? i know it is probably rare but have seen any cases? the insedent happend 2 days ago now and the burning has easd up alot i  still have slight burning arond my finger tips not to bad though. i had a few tiny blisters at the finger tips and my knuckles about 2 weeks ago. they were bearly noticeable and they dryed up and healed. i thought they were from they intense heat from my charcoal bbq witch i use about 3 times a week.

the heat is so hot sometimes its unbearible on my hands  when i flip the food lol. my concern is i dont want finger my female partner and give her herpes from my hand. please reply.
