There are no STDs (including HIV) which cause symptoms within 24 hours of expsoure/acquisition. the rapid onset of your symptoms is consistent with local irritation, perhaps due to an allergy or some other cutaneous reaction. Alternatively it could merely be a coincidence.
As far as the exposure and activates you describe, these are no risk exposures for STD. You do not need to be concerned and there is no risk to you of having acquired an STD from the activities you describe. Masturbation is truly safe sex.

Nothing in your description suggested herpetic whitlow or HPV. these are not realistic concerns for you. EWH
thank you for your promt replay doctor. i saw on another thread you mentioned hpv and herpes can happen or herpes withlow? i know it is probably rare but have seen any cases? the insedent happend 2 days ago now and the burning has easd up alot i still have slight burning arond my finger tips not to bad though. i had a few tiny blisters at the finger tips and my knuckles about 2 weeks ago. they were bearly noticeable and they dryed up and healed. i thought they were from they intense heat from my charcoal bbq witch i use about 3 times a week.
the heat is so hot sometimes its unbearible on my hands when i flip the food lol. my concern is i dont want finger my female partner and give her herpes from my hand. please reply.
